Great service, excellent quality. Haven't had a bad experience yet and I have been here 5 times since they opened. My regular polish pedicure lasts me 2-3 weeks without chipping. I love that everyone wears a badge - it's nice to know the name of the person providing the service! And if they can't speak English well, their badge says so. You used to be able to book your appointment through their website - but I think that has since been taken down. Probably because people make appointments and never show. Such a different atmosphere in this nail salon than any other I've experienced. Super bright, clean and just beautiful! I was seated quickly and my nail tech, Tabitha, was very nice and welcoming. I wanted to try a different nail place than the place I regularly attend. This establishment was very clean and appeared new. I liked that all the employees wore black. Just elevated the appearance and experience in my opinion. I had a pedicure and a manicure with dip. Both manicure and pedicure lasted over two weeks which is longer than previously at other nail salons. The ONLY negative for me and it is a total personal negative was the lack of a good foot massage. I value my pedicures on how well the massage is - I know, I know. It is very subjective, but that is my criteria. Possibly a different person would do a better job at the foot massage. I'd be willing to give them another try. I have zero complaints other than that minor, subjective one. read more

I decided to visit this salon due to a post I saw in Facebook about how great Nia did on someone's nails and I loved the photo so i called in advance to get nia and they confirmed it will be with her. They had someone else start my nails and after they put the tips on they said she couldn't help me and if it was okay for someone else to do my nails. Which at that point I had no other choice since I had tips on. The nail tech that helped me, was rushing since they put me with her last minute. Rushing and hurting my fingers a bit but I could tell she just wanted to help me but also had another customer waiting. Overall I appreciated her taking me but I also wish they would have been honest and told me Nia wasn't available. Nia has another customer and I just wonder if she already had an appointment or if she took a walk in . If they would have explained she was booked I would have booked another day. Overall my nails came out decent but again I just wish I would have gotten what I had requested. read more

I am doing this review a couple weeks later to give an accurate review. I made an appt hoping I would get in close to my appt time & surprisingly I was! I had one lady do my toes & another do my dip polish w/manicure. Both did not speak English so explaining what I want did fall a little short in getting what I wanted (cut nails shorter than I wanted) but after two weeks, no chip or cracks on my nails. They also do not add gel clear over top of dip, which I like. Previous place (in MO) did & there's no difference in staying power & shine. I have been going to devinn nail bar for almost a year and they have never disappointed me. they always give me what i want and i walk out so happy. as soon as i walk in they already know me and they know i have an appointment. they greet me with a smile and sometimes if i can't choose what color i want or what design i want they help me out and i always end up loving the end result. last week i went in to get acrylics and miss luana ATE IT UP. she did an AMAZING job and i absolutely love her vibe. she was making me laugh the entire time and also made me feel so comfortable. i'm such an introvert but she made conversation with me and i felt right at home. i love coming here :) read more

Just got one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. $35 and he didn't even put lotion on my feet or give any sort of massage. Every one of my toe nails is a different length and shape. He cut one of my nails so short that it's barely even visible now. read more

I REALLLLYYY wanted to like this place. Walking into the nail bar, it was clean and really pretty. The counter person checked me in and I picked out my polish. Let's just say it all went down hill from there. I chose a spa pedi since I was leaving on vacay the next day. My nail tech seemed annoyed at opening all of the individual spa treatment packages and applying them to my feet and legs (nothing like an annoyed nail tech to scrub your feet and legs eekk). The nail tech then cut the cuticle on my big toe so low that it really hurt. I asked her to not cut anymore, she was annoyed that I asked this. The nail polish I chose was clearly running low and she had to bang the bottle around to get enough polish to finish my toe nails. I am not a perfectionist but my 12 year old paints nails better than this gal. So, she leaves me at the foot bath for my toe nails to dry, I'm now noticing where she cut my cuticle is very red and a little swollen (ugh). The nail tech moves on to another customer, I also notice no clear coat on my nails, this cannot be normal. I sit and wait for her to return to add clear coat....after about 6 min, I take the toe spreader off, put my flip flops on and make my way to the counter. I paid and TIPPED because who likes the awkward moment when you don't tip (that's on me). I went home and added the clear top coat to my nails and again noticed where she cut my cuticle was even redder and now very very sore. I took care of my toe and was just hoping for the best. The next day as I tried to put my foot in my sneaker to head for the airport I discovered how uncomfortable it was putting a sore, swollen toe into a sneaker. Did it ruin my vacay, no but it was very painful for about 3 days. Not the way you expect to start a vacay after a spa pedi. Will not be returning..... read more

The best pedicure I have ever had. Mai is so patient and sweet, she was so thorough and gentle! I am sitting in the chair as I write this review, for just a basic 35$ pedicure, she shaped the nails beautifully and got rid of all the dead skin. It came with a scrub, moisturizer, hot towel and a lovely hour in the massage chair. Not to mention how pretty it is in this salon, it's huge! Very modern and clean looking. They even walked around offering sodas and water, I just loved my experience. Michelle did my cousins manicure and it also looks lovely. Thank you! read more

I will never, and I mean never go back to this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The place is very sanitary and so nice and clean smelling. But, I was given a horrible acrylic full set. I got them done on Monday, 7/10. On Thursday, 7/13 my pinky nail fell off. That's ok. I went and got it fixed on Monday 7/17 and it was fine. On that Friday, 7/21 2 fell off. Saturday more all the way up until today, Tuesday 7/25, They all came off. I have not done anything for them to fall off and I am so dissatisfied. The other person I went with got a horrible pedicure and they didn't even put a base or topcoat. And she could still see the toenail. They fixed though. read more

I went in right when they opened (9:30am) for a fill with nail art. I signed in chose a color then was asked to wait, no communication on how long that would be. At 10:20am Minh got started on my nails. I don't have a before photo but I had long stiletto nails already, I asked for them to be a tiny bit shorter but a really sharp stiletto, he made them too short to do as sharp as I asked for (I presented a photo for what I wanted because he didn't know what stiletto was). At 11:30am he was finally done with my nails and did not do the nail art I asked for originally, which I was okay with that after being there for so long. But $48 for being there two hours and not getting what I asked for is ridiculous. Lack of communication, education and skills. I do not recommend this place. read more

My daughter got a full set by Vincent. Short Almond shape with regular nail polish. We showed him a picture of the nails she wanted. He kept bring us wrong colors of acrylic powder so we went with regular acrylic powder. Same as gel polish. He kept saying they got the color, but all the colors were not even close. We went with a regular nail polish so we wouldn't have to extra charge for the gel polish my daughter even didn't want to. He tried to charge us $50 for it. I thought it'd be $35+ so I asked him and he showed me the price list. It said $40+. OK, I was thinking about a different salon, no problem. I was told it'd depend on the length and the shape. When he cut the tips, he said he'd do the SHORTEST he could do and that's what she got. And the shape was just a almond shape. He told me it was $40 + price for shaping the nails and I didn't know the price didn't include basic shaping. It was not some complicated shape, it was just an almond shape and to me, what he did looks like just regular round shape, not even almond!!! When she put her hands in the dryer, she accidentally touched the side of the dryer and messed the polish on her pinky. He just did ONE COAT and top coat, that's all. All other nails got 2 coats. I wasn't happy about it and how he shaped the nails. I could ask him to fix it right but I was done with him. We didn't even finish drying and left the salon right away. We came home and I fixed it for her. His job was not the worst, but definitely not good enough for us to go back especially the pricing was a little iffy. read more

This was only my second time trying out this salon and I absolutely loved it! My friend comes in here all the time and she suggested Jana, so I decided to have her do my nails. She is beyond sweet. Jana will talk to you the whole time and get to know you which makes you way more comfortable being in a new salon. She fixed my nails, helped me pick a color, made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. My cost was only $45! One of the best salon experience! read more

I went to the nail salon about a month ago to get a pedicure and designs on my nails everything was fine. So update today 9/1/23. I went to get a fill in and the nail tech had cut my nails to short, they were crooked and some nails were longer than the others. So I informed the nail technician and he was trying to fix the issue but he was making everything worse. So, I informed him that I need someone else to shape my nails and fix what he messed up. So he call the manger, Hai, and I was explaining to him that my nails are crooked and that I was not pleased and I just wanted someone to fix the issue. He informed me that it was my fault that my nails were crooked. I informed him that it is not my fault and I just want to get it fix so I can go on about my day. He looked at my nails and stated he had seen that they were crooked but he was only willing to fix the nail that the ONE nail technician put on and he will file the rest. I informed him that I want all my nails shaped correctly and fixed, but he kept blaming me for his nail technician messing up my nail and also the nail technician filed my nail down so much that it was hurting and the nail that he cut short he filed that one down so much that it was missing the side. I would never go back to this nail shop because the manager didn't want to fix the issue he want to blame me, a paying customer, that it was my fault that my nails are crooked and he has a nasty attitude. His name is Hai and then he charged me $30.00 for what they didn't complete on my nails. I had to go to another salon and pay an additional $65.00 to have them correct the mess of the job they did on my nails. This nail salon recently opened up and it's just terrible. This experience was very horrible and I will be reaching to WAVY 10 on your side to get this nail salon investigated. I should have never received this type of treatment and should have never been charged. HAI needs to learn how to be a manger and when a customer tell you that she is not satisfied with the service don't blame her but fix the issue. I will never go there again. If you want to get good customer service and beautiful nails this is not the place. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHARGED ME FOR NAILS THAT WASN'T COMPLETED, CROOKED, PAIN FROM NAIL BEING FILED DOWN TOO MUCH, AND BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR NAIL TECHNICIAN NOT BEEN SKILLED ENOUGH TO COMPLETE A FILL IN. read more
