It was pretty basic. Two peperoncini peppers and a radish adorned the top. There were four sticks of salami, no pepperoni or ham and the salad was covered with cheese. The salad dressing was on the light side and you could barely taste it, recommend you ask for it on the side. I ordered the sausage and meatball splash and my spouse had the rigatoni. He went into a discourse about how the online booking service (which we did not use) uses 2-hour reservation slots etc etc, either missing or avoiding the point entirely. I mentioned it took an inordinately long time for our orders to come to the table. He said good food takes time. A cop-out, but okay. Consider my plate of salmon piccata. The salmon was not prepared as requested. Capers appeared to be absent (the whole point of piccata) but found a mere 4 under the fish. The asparagus was missing altogether, but the server did bring some quickly. The pasta wasn't overcooked, so that was right. But there was the bread, "focaccia", $2 ala carte. It was so dense and tasteless, except for the garlic on top. There were no air bubbles in sight. Granted I'm not Italian but this was not focaccia. So we'll go back to our usual place on White Pond.

HOWEVER despite our picking our order up the instant it came out of the oven (we were in the parking lot) the pizzas were underdone/undercooked and we're cold in the middle.
