I've been coming here for awhile. I work near by so we get it for lunch periodically. If it is lunch and before 4p you go to the counter and order. If you go after 4p you get seated. They have pizza which is OK. I think it's mediocre at best. They have all types of grinders. 3 different sizes and it's served on very unique bread. The grinders are good. Except tuna. Tuna is not great. The rest are pretty good. They have salads. Those are good. And they have pasta. I have never ordered the pasta. All the food is ok. They have daily specials. For a quick bite or a family meal it's not bad. They also have a full bar after 4. Staff is nice and helpful. Dining room can be messy. Prices are OK and parking is plenty. They do have a drive thru window so if picking up it's super helpful. Overall it's not bad. Just ok. Quick bite it works well. read more

Grinder were great and the pizza was above average. Place was clean and our server was outstanding!!! (Vinny I believe) courteous, prompt and always checking in on us. Ask for this kid by name! Was hesitant in exploring this as an option, as I was told 'it's a chain'. Wowzers...we need more pizza chains like this!The pizza was AMAZING! The crust was perfect and just like my moms, home made crust. The price point was great for the amount of food received. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The kitchen manager even introduced himself. Next time I come here I will try the grinders...the home made bread looks fantastic! They were super busy with deliveries as I came in for lunch, and the food still came out in a very timely manner. My wife and I went to Bellacino's on our first date, and after we got engaged, so it's always kind of held a special place in our hearts. Their grinders are just so different than anything else you'll find. The bread they use is great, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I love the way the meat is finely chipped. My personal favorite grinders are the Chicago Steak, Tuscan Chicken, chicken Alfredo and French Dip. You can't go wrong with any of these three. All of them come with the sandwich bread turned into cheesy garlic bread on the inside. It's to die for. The "Tribe"is my other favorite. Turkey ham and roast beef. I had the crab grinder and personally didn't care for it. It was good crab meat, but the veggies kind of overtook all the flavor. I think I would popped more if it was crab salad. Wasn't terrible by any means, I just wouldn't order it again when there are so many I love. I've always liked the pizza here too. It's a little on the sweeter side. It's so nice to have a reliably excellent restaurant. I love the atmosphere where the staff has been friendly and competent without fail. The Italian sub can't be beat. The bread is warm with crispy edges and melted cheese encasing the Italian meats with the accompanying vegetables enhancing this sub. If you are in the area give it a try. We visited on 4/15 and had a really nice time! We notified the restaurant about an hour ahead of when we were planning on arriving for a party of 17- yikes right but were told they would take care of us no problem! It's been years since I've eaten here due to moving out of state 7 years ago and it's exactly as I remembered, delicious! Our sever Kyle, was attentive and friendly! The last time I stopped in was 3 years ago, but my husband has followed on FB ever since. With Christmas looking...different.... this year we were very excited when they posted about their Christmas special -- a take and bake breakfast pizza to be picked up on Christmas Eve and baked Christmas morning. It was perfect and SO YUMMY for our little family. The service was great when I called to order as well as when I went to pick up. Here's hoping we get to go to restaurants a little more in 2021 & when I go back they have this gem on the menu! read more

Went there last night and the place was freezing inside and it was cold outside. When I said something to the hostess, she didn't respond. I asked if she was going to report it and she responded that they're not allowed to touch the temp. I replied that the manager could and she responded that he didn't like to touch it either. Sandwiches are large and toasty delicious. Full bar with local craft beer selections on tap. The dining room is a mix of booths, tables, high tops, and a bar. Clean and quiet. I ordered two full grinders, a chicken and a tuna and picked them up at the takeout window. When we opened them up at home, my wife and I both thought they were the same: chicken. I called and the rep said he didn't know how it could have happened, but said that if I brought the extra chicken back, they would swap it out for a tuna. When I got there, he looked at the grinder that I thought was chicken and showed me that it was tuna. I felt like an idiot. I apologized, and, as I was ready to leave, he said that he had made another tuna for me and that I could keep both. I told him I was the one who was wrong. He said that he noticed we buy a lot of takeout from him and that he appreciated our business. read more

Food is good, which makes this one-star disappointing. The employees, managers and customer service are terrible. We placed an online order. They told us 30 minutes. We arrived in 39 minutes. We proceeded to wait outside their drive up window for 15 minutes while they gathered the food. Upon arriving home, we were short 2 items...both kids meals. We called and asked if a bag was forgotten. They proceeded to laugh and say they are short-staffed and if we bring back a receipt they will give us a refund. We returned to pick up the kids meals. The staff made fun of the situation, were rude upon arrival and never offered to refund the meals that we waited on. There was never an apology, never indication that they felt sorry for the mistake. Strange sports bar with a drive up to go window... lots of TV coverage and a small full bar... order at the counter... self serve soda... servers bring your food to the table... odd... but it worked for lunch. They have a different food special every day... and after 9 pm... and a different drink special every day... and a beer tasting dinner next month. A back room full of arcade video games... but not someplace I would call good for kids on game day... the advertising and signs seem more hard core bar... once football season starts again we will definitely check it out again. Mac and cheese bites were really cheesy and really creamy... but very flat and sort of greasy... we would have them again for sure... just wish there were extra napkins at the table to blot them off. There is a wheat crust option... the regular crust was tasty on the outer edge... but didn't cook all the way through in the center... even though the bottom was nice and brown... it was still chewy... but gummy too... we would try this again... but wouldn't call it a favorite. The large sandwich is 18 inches long? The list of salads (and salad dressings) is expansive... they have online ordering? All good reasons to try them again... and give take out a try... just wish I could shake the odd feeling when we were there. read more

We've been going to Bellacinos since they opened at the previous location and have always enjoyed it there. Biggest problem is the huge selection on the menu. I like to try new items whenever I go but seem to have favorites that can't be passed up. Love the Bellacino Super pizza, the Italian Grinders and salads. We've been using the online ordering and picking up at the window since COVID hit, and that works very well. Looking forward to dining in soon, we miss the great people working here. read more

I've never had a bad meal here. Their grinders are especially good and are the reason we stopped in tonight. The two of us were seated right away and the server took our drink and food order within 5 of sitting down. So far so good! Then after 15 minutes of seeing our server go to other nearby tables without even looking in our direction we asked a different server to get them. Another five minutes passed before our actual server brought them. We then had a 15 minute wait for our food. The server never asked if we needed refills and we did not see her for another 15 minutes. At that point we asked for the check and received THAT almost immediately. The food was fantastic. The service was so poor as to be disrespectful. The dining room was maybe at 25% capacity so what happened? Will we return? Certainly but we will make sure it is not the same server. read more

This is the email I just wrote to Bellacinos. Decide for yourself if the mediocre food is worth the awful service: "I'm writing to tell you that your restaurant's service is incredibly awful. The last time I came to pick up a to go order about a month ago, I waited at the window for almost 10 minutes trying to flag someone down inside. After honking a few times, no one came to the window. I then pulled into a parking space and came in. After waiting by the register for another 5 minutes (while seeing my food sit on the metal rack behind the counter) someone finally came. My food was cold by the time I arrived at home. And today (10 minutes ago) - I called to make a pick-up order. I was put on hold and guess what? No one ever came back to take my order. I waited for 5 minutes and then gave up. It is clear that the bums you hire don't care customer service, so my family will not be patronizing your restaurant again. Also, you will be able to find the above letter on Yelp in about 10 minutes. Have a fantastic day. " read more

Stopped in later on a friday night. We have passed this place about a hundred thousand times and finally walked in. The place looked a little bit like they had just got done being slammed with the main dinner rush, but that happens and the table we were shown to was clean. Sort of a sports bar/family pizza joint atmosphere. Looks like they had claw machines and stuff to keep the kids occupied, and a decent beer selection on tab to keep the adults occupied. We had the Bellacino's Super Pizza. It was good, like damn good. Crust was just crispy enough, but didn't have that soaked in grease feeling like most crispier pizzas. Sauce had a nice flavor and the toppings were fresh. I am sad they don't deliver over to Kent because this pizza kicks ass over most of what is in Kent. I want to go back and try some of the oven baked subs. They looked awesome going by on their way to other tables. We will be back. read more
