Room and entire building are clean and well maintained overall. There were a few stains on the carpet but that does not bother me as long as it's been cleaned. I don't expect the owners to replace the carpet just because someone is a careless slob. I am not so sure about the color scheme though (blueish green and rosey pink). The bathroom is a little small but really wasn't an issue for us, it was very clean and there were plenty of towels. The room itself was very nice size. The one thing I missed was a light near the door, where one would put their suitcase. I had my case opened on the suitcase rack since we only stayed one night but couldn't see what I was rummaging for unless I dragged the entire thing over to the bedside light. The room had a fridge, m-wave, flatscreen. Our room had a view of the horse pasture. The wireless worked well when it worked but did drop off completly for a few hours around 8-10pm. I hardly heard any other guest even though I think they were pretty full. We were on the second floor though and you will not hear as much when no one above you. It was also a Sunday night so maybe everyone was partied out. The price was reasonable. We had a queen bed for $89.99 +tax. We would stay there again. read more

For a motel in Forks, this is the cream of the crop. The rooms include all of the important details for making your stay pleasant and stress free: comfortable beds with decent sheets, a shower with good water pressure, flat screen TVs with a reasonable channel selection, wireless internet and lots of space for luggage. The location is also very close to the Thriftway store and other Twilight sights. I consider myself a seasoned Forks traveler and I would highly recommend this motel based on my other experiences. read more

First off - I am a HUGE Twilight fan and have been saving up for this trip for 2 years and drove 1200 miles to get to Forks. That being said: I booked this hotel (at $149+ per night) since it was a "twilight" hotel - with a "Bella's Suite" - and was told it was a spacious room with a couch and many amenities. What crap! The Suites only have couches on the second floor - which I was unable to get due to health issues, and the only ice machine was upstairs as well. The bedspread and pillowcases were a pretty black/red, but sheets were white and the sheet protector was ripped. The website said there was a private patio - but there is no privacy at all! The "supposed" Wi-Fi never worked. The chairs in the room were supposed to be black - but had green cushions with black covering - very tacky! The cushions matched the ugly carpet. The a/c was very noisy and rattled at night - made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was very small! Barely enough room to turn around and had no shower liner, so water got everywhere from shower - also NO hot water. The towels were supposed to be black/red, but were so faded they looked like brown/orange. The framed posters in the room were of the books only - no movie posters! When I called, they said I got a free t-shirt, guestbook, and vampire novel. When I checked out, the only thing I was allowed to take was the t-shirt! I wish I paid paid $20 cheaper and gone to the Pacific Inn Motel - they didn't have all the availability I wanted though. About what you would expect from a small town inn. Nothing too exciting. Sure it's across the street from a pizza joint and a grocery store, but nothing really special about it. Sure they have a suite called the Bella Suite, but I think this whole town is over the Twilight phenomenon. Staff could be a bit more friendly but they're not rude. WiFi is spotty, cable TV is wanting. It's like they have one feed for all the rooms because the signal is kind of low res. Not too many channels either. A hotel down the road offers free HBO, and here there's barely any good standard cable channels. The stairs leading up to the second level are metal and can get slippery- no elevator for disabled or those with lots of heavy bags. Rooms looked aged, especially with burn marks in the rugs. Would I recommend it or come again? Only if necessary. read more

Worst hotel in this town. Booked our hotel months ago. Confirmed reservations the week before. Went to hotel and they only had us booked for one night. Argued for a half an hour and they still wouldn't give us the other night we had booked and confirmed. Walls are disgusting and dirty. I don't think they've ever been washed. Not washed at all. Bathroom has a fan that comes on when light turns on, EXTREMELY loud!! Mold along tub and toilet in bathrooms. Pillows are hard and flat. Weird lighting. The whole hotel is extremely loud. We could hear neighbors above and next to us, ALL night! Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Definitely not worth your money or stay. Plenty of nicer motels in the town. read more

We stayed here during a recent trip to the area. We had originally planned for 4 nights but because the beds were so incredibly uncomfortable we checked out early and headed back into Seattle to a different hotel. By the time we checked out we were stiff, sore and extremely tired. The room was clean but very dated and old, which we could have and would have been okay with, had we not felt as if we were sleeping on a concrete slab. Additionally, the staff was completely unconcerned about our complaint in regards to the ac unit not working. We would never stay here again, mainly because of the comfort level or lack there of. Sleeping in our car would have been a better idea. Sorry! read more

This was by far the best place we stayed in Forks. We stayed in 3 different motels over a month period, and the Dew Drop was the nicest one we found. Our room was clean and had the cutest little balcony off the back sliding glass where you could sit and watch the horses in the adjacent field. The staff was okay and the cleaning ladies took care to make sure the room was actually clean. There was nothing special about the Dew Drop (besides the balcony). But after staying in, Bagby's Town Motel I realized just how good we had it at the Dew Drop. read more

We enjoyed our stay at Dew Drop Inn. Forks is a small town with no chain hotels. Using a privately owned place can be risky. We left one awful place, but found Dew Drop Inn to be perfectly accommodating at the very last minute. We came to Forks for some Twilight fun and were given the Twilight room. We've stayed here several times (before the whole Twilight thing) and have enjoyed our room and stay. This is the first year that our room was terrible and uncomfortable. They advertise "Queen" beds but when you get there they are double! Check in is at 3, yet our room was unavailable till after 4. We probably wont stay here again. read more

Great place! Nice clean and comfortable. I would have stayed two nights but they were booked up on the Fourth of July weekend. They lady at the desk was nice enough to call and check other hotels for me to see if I could find a cheaper rate elsewhere as the $100 is a bit high for me but I ended up staying here and it was worth it. I was allowed to check in early since my room was ready at 1 pm and they gave me a double occupancy room for the single rate since it was all they had left. The room was large and has a small balcony and was surprisingly updated compared to other hotels I've stayed in of this nature. I would love to stay here again! read more

I am giving this little motel a five. And here is why. This little motel is located in Forks, A small town along Highway 101 on the Olympic peninsula. twilight fans know it as the setting for the books and the town has benefitted somewhat from the craze... but it is still a small town. there isn't much there despite it's beautiful setting. but it is centrally located if you want to go to the different locations with in the Olympic national Park, including the rain forest and beaches! so when you're out virtually in the middle of nowhere and you find a little gem like the dew drop Inn you give it a five because the rooms are roomy and CLEAN! it is well-managed and the staff are very nice! they provide a small but adequate continental breakfast! The property has well-maintained grass and flowers! there is Internet and satellite TV! it's not a luxury or anything but if it is cozy and comfortable! and remember you're in forks. This place is great! we stayed here 4 years ago and were happy to have the same kind of experience as we did before. we will be back! And we hope it doesn't change too much in our absence! read more

I had a reservation for this hotel during the time of the wildfires and there was smoke filling the local areas. During that time my friend was having a respiratory reaction to the wildfire smoke and we had to cut out part of our trip in the area due to the smoke related symptoms. I called the Dew Drop Inn to try to cancel our reservation and work out the situation. During this first call to notify the Inn of my cancellation I also discussed the possibility of a refund (or even a partial refund) due to health and environmental factors. I was deferred to call back to speak with the manager while he was at work. After calling in at different times on different days, and leaving unreturned messages for the manager, I found it extremely difficult to get through to the manager. After attempting several times on my own I had my credit card company call to try to intermediate the situation. They were also unsuccessful. I finally got a hold of the manager on my fifth attempt of calling the Inn. He was rude to me and spoke to me in a condescending demeanor. I understand there is a policy and I respect that. I do not think it is right for a business to take messages and not return them. I also do not think it is right for a business to treat their customers this way. This is your run of the mill hotel. It was pricey as every hotel was in Forks thanks to the Twilight Series. The room is outdated. But it is clean, the beds were nice and the bathroom was good. Spacious rooms. They had a great breakfast. If you are staying in Forks, make sure to go out to La Push First Beach and watch the sunset! read more

We recently stayed 3 days at the dew drop inn. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious, well laid out, tastefully furnished and everything worked. The view off the small upstairs balcony opened into a nicely groomed garden with a pasture and horse beyond that. The room was almost sound proof ( wasn't bothered by slamming doors and outside noises.) We were tempted to stay a forth day. We would highly recommend this motel! read more

It is TOO PRICEY compare to their old facilities. It is about $70(w/tax) per night and if you have a pet with you, then plus $15 every night you stay. Breakfast was very simple and everyday it is same.(waffle,waffle,waffle.) They placed us in a wrong room, the room key didn't work one night, especially the most big problem was the shower water. The warm water only runs about 10 mins, and if next person needs to wash, you have to wait more than 30 mins. I had to take a shower in a freezing water every night. I stayed at the first floor and could hear the foot steps and taking from the second floor clearly. During our trip, we didn't take a good rest at this inn, and I definately would not want to go back there. And this town is overally way too much overwhelmed by Twightligt still, and there's nothing to see, but only cheap deco everywhere. If you are traveling because of the Twightlight, forget about it. read more
