We purchased a new Subaru Forrester yesterday and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Tim was so awesome! He gave us a great deal on a new car AND didn't try to low ball us on our trade in, which had a few issues. He didn't try to upsell us or add on a bunch of accessories. At the end of the day we walked out with the car we wanted for less than we expected to pay and felt like we made a new friend in the process. How often can you say that about a car salesman?

Nate killed it following through with everything I needed in a timely matter with phone updates every couple days, thanks Nate!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Dewey Griffin Subaru. We had a 2010 Forester that we have serviced with Jeff Brown for about 5 years. Jeff has always gone above and beyond for us. He has been transparent and always shown us what needs to be done. We did end up selling our Forester and knew we wanted a new SUV. We had met with John Evans and drove the 2020 Forester. He was professional and friendly. The 2020 Forester is a massive upgrade from 2010. We went to multiple dealerships and drove many SUVs. We wanted to make sure we wouldn't have buyers remorse. Deep down we knew we would purchase our 2020 Subaru Forester Limited. John could not have made the process easier. We did a lot of our financing online (thanks Covid). Came in signed paperwork. John took time (with social distancing) to help me set up my phone and set the car up to my liking. John has followed up to make sure that I know if I have any questions he's available to help. About the car: We went with the Forester because of the safety features, luxury options and AWD (x mode). We go into the mountains and long trips. This SUV meets utility with luxury. I can't wait to bring my car back to Dewey for service. Thanks John for our amazing Forester!

I've purchased three cars from Dewey Griffin now, and can say without a shadow of a doubt that they are the most honest, easy to deal with, and fun dealership I've run into. And this is coming from a very suspicious and prepared car shopper. This time around, they had a great used BMW for sale, and without asking they replaced the tires, brakes, and O2 sensor. It wasn't the absolute lowest price, but the added value of the fixes and their very fair trade in valuation of my old car more than made up for it. Remember, when a price is too good to be true, it is. Heath and Brian were no pressure, no bull kind of guys. I will always come back here for car purchases. They make it easy and painless.

My daughter that just turned 18 wanted to buy a new vehicle, we have purchased three Subarus from this dealer in the past. So I recommended her that we should go see them so we did. She fell in love with a used Subaru, Impreza, and they made it easy and simple, we drove off, happy. It wasn't until a couple weeks later we noticed that the car was burning excessive oil so we reached out to them. It didn't take long before they ran some test and determined that the car had engine problems. This is where the story gets better. The service department, and the finance department got together, and reached out to Subaru of America, where they worked a deal on repairing my daughters vehicle, and it wouldn't cost us anything, I'm not saying that this will happen to everyone, but I am very happy that it happened to us. Our vehicle is now in the shop, and we get a loaner during the repairs. I had always been afraid of dealerships because of the reputation, but Dewey Subaru and Keith from finance, and Robert from the service department really prove me wrong. This is my go to for my kids cars from now on as it was in the past. I cannot be any happier with the way this is tuition turned out from the beginning.

Gave me the best trade in value for my used vehicle back in 2009. I have been loving my 2007 WRX ever since.

We looked at many places, and had not even considered a Volvo. After stopping in, meeting James, and test driving a 2002 V70 we made deal, including trading in the mini van, that was very fair. I started to like James. We bought an extended warranty at the time, and felt it prudent to have Bruce Cox do the service as well. A couple years later I started looking for a more comfortable car to replace the Chevy Cavalier I was using to commute to Seattle. Again, after some looking around we ended up talking to James and making a fair deal on a 2002 S60. We had Bruce Cox do the service on that as well. A few years later, the S60 was totaled in a T Bone accident in which no one was injured. I decided I wanted another S60,and this time went to see James first, and he happened to have a 2005 S60 T5 on the lot that was exactly what I was looking for. Once again, made a fair deal, and had them start doing the service. That car to date I have put on over 140,000 miles and it is still going strong with a total of 205,000 miles on it. After the last repair, Bruce himself even called with a followup to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. The 02 V70 was totaled in another accident, again with no injuries, after we put close to 150,000 miles on it. The only reason we didn't go to James for a replacement was because we replaced with a pickup. And since then we have replaced that pickup, and have had several poor experiences with car dealers in the process. I continue to have most of my service and all of my repairs done there because in over 300,000 miles put on the cars I have had serviced there, I have not had a bad experience. I'm thinking the next car will be another Volvo, and will most likely buy again from Bruce Cox Imports, because they are the ONLY car dealer I really feel I can trust. UPDATE 10/23/18 Since last review I now have 230,000 on the 05 S60 and still having Bruce cox do the service and repairs. Ended up buying a ford Escape from another dealer rather than a Volvo, but will be having Bruce Cox do the service on that vehicle.

Bruce Cox had good reviews so I brought my car in. I was told I had to replace my front passenger side axel, tie rods and front and rear differentials, transmission fluid service and a little more. I was called and notified of what was to be done, provided an estimate for the work and told my car was already on the lift and they could start now. Since bad weather was forecasted and I basically work out of my car I needed my car back asap and was worried about not fixing it and having to deal with driving in ice and snow. I approved them to do the work. I got my car back in two days and paid a fortune. my first concern was that the "diagnostic fee" wasnt applied to the overall work costs, It was in addition to. Not my normal experience but what could I do? they refused to discount the Dx fee. I paid and drove home. The following day of driving my car, the front end was vibrating so much and I had evidence of an oil leak on my driveway. So I took it back in. They told me nothing was wrong, showed me a video of the underside of my car and said there was no evidence of an oil leak. So I picked my car back up and within a few days the noise that brought me in the first place was back. In the meantime I contacted Subaru dealer had them assess what was going on and they reported the driver side axel was bad and needed replaced highlighting that the rear differentials were over filled and leaking, my transmission fluid still looked dirty despite the service I had done at Bruce Cox and the cost for fixing the driver side axel and tie rods at Subaru was 1/2 the cost!!!!! and the Dx fee was applied to the overall cost of the work done. I feel that I was financially taken advantage by Bruce Cox and despite the work they did having a "warranty" I don't trust taking back. Super unfortunate for my wallet and lost faith in them. Hard lesson learned.

My experience with Audi Bellingham was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I reported serious concerns about my vehicle and instead of receiving professional help, I was sent back and forth and asked to repeatedly document issues myself. The process felt like a constant runaround rather than a genuine effort to resolve the problem. I interacted with Brittney, Travis, and Jack, and unfortunately the level of customer care was far below what anyone should expect from a brand that presents itself as "luxury." Communication was dismissive and unhelpful, and at no point did I feel that the dealership truly wanted to solve the issue. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility and working toward a solution, the situation was repeatedly delayed and pushed aside. After this experience I completely lost confidence in Audi and decided to move on. I ultimately purchased a brand-new Mercedes GLE, where the buying experience and customer treatment were professional and respectful -- exactly what I expected from a premium brand. Audi promotes itself as a luxury manufacturer, but my experience with Audi Bellingham's service and customer support was anything but luxury. I hope Audi of America takes customer feedback like this seriously and works to improve how loyal customers are treated when they need help.

It was in 8 times in 2 years. Many times without a service loaner, when I did get a service loaner, it was because I raised holy hell. Many times I was without my truck that I rely on for my business for two week periods. I was told many times that excessive engine oil consumption is normal, and I should be happy the repair lasted a year. Well... I'm not. And I went old school Toyota to make sure when I turn the key, it works. I will never, NEVER buy a ford again. I can't afford to have the downtime and lack of service vehicle, I was there so often I should have had my own coffee cup and frequent flyer miles. Repairs and concerns included: -Door lock (to their credit, fixed immediately after purchase) -water pump replacement -two separate incidents of the front differential needing resealed and repaired on the same passenger side -oil consumption issues -initial transmission trouble -catastrophic transmission failure 2 weeks after "repair" that left me broken down and with permanent damage to the transmission. This vehicle was purchased with 51,000 miles, had an almost 4k canopy installed, and I took an absolute bath trading it in to get rid of the nightmare at 71,000 miles. Never, never again. I have owned 5 ford vehicles, they have always been great. No more. The planned obsolescence, and "features" are a detriment. Get back to reliability Ford, consumers want reliable vehicles.
