So much so that when I knew I would be moving into a new home in a retirement community west of Boston, I knew it was time to buy two nightstands to go with the bed. The Memorial Day Sale mailing made it happen. Fast forward to move-in date here where I discovered to my dismay that the wall for the bed wasn't wide enough to accommodate the new, as yet undelivered, nightstands! Scrambling th the help of my niece, I found two others on their website that would work. But would Pompanoosuc Mills honor an exchange of two custom made nightstands for these different ones? They would! Understandably they voiced a wish I'd realized this sooner--as did I, of course. The new nightstands won't be delivered until the first of the new year. But that is a very small price to pay for being able to deal with a company that has truly bent over backwards to keep a customer happy. Beautiful furniture made by a beautiful company staffed by beautiful people! So looking forward to getting the new nightstands and so thankful for all at Pompanoosuc Mills.

They have all types of paints, with every type of finish, from matte to glitter. There's poster boards, that come in a whole rainbow of colors, with tie dye effects, clouds and butterflies. They have home decor, for whatever your style might be. There's some really cute decor for a kid's or a baby's room. As far as pricing, most items are priced average to other retailers that sell the same product. At Hobby Lobby you might find a 30 - 40% sale. For some reason the registers are not equipped with scanners, so the cashiers have to manually enter each sale. This sounds like so much more work than it needs to be. Hobby Lobby is a great store for anyone that's at all creative. They have yearn, thread, beads, paper goods, pens, even party supplies.

They do have someone who works to fix up furniture before it is sold, so anything you buy here will likely be ready to display in your house. Also, while I didn't find anything today, I have previously purchased furniture here and my advice would be not to be afraid to negotiate, especially if you are buying multiple pieces. The staff was able to go down in price a bit, so I felt like I got a deal.

Affordable rugs and decor but this place is messy and shelves are packed almost like a puzzle. If you take one thing down it was probably holding something up.
