She said it was taken care of and that I didn't have to worry about my August payment. All that happened was Cherry took a small amount off the balance of the loan due. I also purchased a $900 terzepetide program through them in July (didn't finance as I was having a hard time getting them to stop the financing and get me the credit). I was to receive the shots in the mail in 1-1/2 weeks. It is now August and have not received them. Multiple calls to 4Ever young to get both of these canceled and get my money back and got the runaround. I am not paying for services and product I didn't receive. Now my credit has dropped from 840 by 160 points due to this. When I arrived for my 2nd visit (Jan 21st) she hadn't looked at them. I am a complex case with some pretty wild labs so it does take someone that wants to really dig in help figure me out. The primary issue is my wild hormones, she had some ideas but said she needed to research the correct formulation before suggesting something that may help. She said she would email me the supplement to get, that never came. On January 30th I sent an email letting her know that I didn't receive anything and let her know that the symptoms were getting worse and I was hoping to get the supplement recommendation, no reply. I have my follow up appointment in a few weeks to go over how the supplement that I've never taken is going so I canceled that. So, I never got a response. I called in June to remind her and was told "the doctor was on vacation" blah blah blah. She promised she would show the doctor my inquiry and I'd hear back either way. This didn't happen. That conversation was on June 5th and it is now over a month later. I give up on this practice. How can you be offering "concierge" medicine which is supposed to devote extra time to patients and completely ignore a potential new patient who is willing to jump in and pay the practice MONTHLY whether being seen or not? Expecting me to only communicate through an app and never receiving even one phone call back from my voicemails is just more confirmation of my position. At no point was it explained to me that I will now have to send in paperwork to insurance myself. It seems like the front desk person could've easily expressed that to me, instead of just repeating "payment is due at time of service". I was also never given any notice about being able to keep you as my doctor, I was just sent to a new Dr without notice. Yes, I was recently finally prescribed HRT, after two separate rounds of trying botanicals (and expressing that they didn't work, which both sets of my labs supported), and demanding it in my last visit. I really do appreciate finally receiving a response, even though I had to go to this extreme to get it. I too am hurt by the lack of care and communication, as I have been a responsible long time patience.
