I have received and enjoyed pain relief (in my neck, shoulders, back) from deep tissue massage, but usually, within a few days or a week, my body goes back into its contracted and painful stiffness. Jenny's integration of Rolfing (which gets to the connective tissue, gently, with precision) exceeds just relaxing the muscles temporarily. She is doing structural work that, for me, has actually produced a lasting effect each time I've seen her. It was very unprofessional the way that the staff didn't have a clue that they don't accept my insurance until one of the other staff members pointed it out. she said just because they don't accept my insurance, I wont be able to pay out-of-pocket to be seen. They obviously had some discrimination against me. I would never waste my time to see these unprofessional people that called themselves a clinic. They didn't even apologize enough for wasting my time to come in , to fill paperwork and to go back and forth with my primary care.

I'm over 50 and have lipedema, so I didn't know if anything could ever help me. After only 6 sessions I began to notice my jeans getting loose, and the lipedema fat began to shrink Since nothing has ever helped this before, I'm excited that I can see a change. Align and shine has so much to offer in their offices that after starting here for a car accident I've also booked appointments with Hannah to have facials done. My skin in always dewey and fresh after I see her and I have seen lasting results in between my appointments with her. She's also such a happy person it's hard not to be in a good mood when you see her. Shayna at the front desk is always smiling and always fun to talk to while I'm waiting for my appointments. In essence, I couldn't walk or put weight on my leg and NSAIDs didn't touch the pain. Complicating matters, I needed to fly at the end of that week to a event which was unmissable. Fortunately for me, I was able to get an appointment with Vidhra, who somehow made the pain manageable, and made me able to walk relatively normally again. Two days later, I had a follow-up appointment with Tara, who also did amazing work and made it possible for me to resume my life. I am immensely grateful to the two of them and cannot recommend them highly enough for acupuncture for nerve and muscle pain management. The clinic is professionally run, and the staff was great too.
