I filled out all the paperwork , showed up at my very first appointment because I was very excited about a new journey and I was told that they will not be able to see me. It was very unprofessional the way that the staff didn't have a clue that they don't accept my insurance until one of the other staff members pointed it out. she said just because they don't accept my insurance, I wont be able to pay out-of-pocket to be seen. They obviously had some discrimination against me. I would never waste my time to see these unprofessional people that called themselves a clinic. They didn't even apologize enough for wasting my time to come in , to fill paperwork and to go back and forth with my primary care.
