Sorry can't recommend this installer. They were nice people but they didn't do me justice. I brought my Prius to the shop because I wanted to switch out my stock radio with another stock radio, but with backup screen. They weren't sure if it would work, but I said I would pay $100 for them to try. They agreed, but within hours called me and said it didn't work. They said it was the wires that came with it and I might need an amp since there were no sounds when they plugged it in. Moreover, as I was about to leave I noticed my A/C wasn't working. I drove back and told them and asked "if it was the fuse"? They said no way; checked around and said it must be the wiring that I supplied!? I drove back home to check my fuse box; guess what, it was the fuse! The following weekend my bro-in-law and I decided to check it out ourselves. We're no experts by any means, but we said what the heck! Guess what? Plugged the radio in with the wires and it worked. I'll admit my brother in law did most of the work; I just handed him the tools. In the end, I just felt swindled! I think if they would have just took the time to assess the issues; it would have worked. However, it just didn't seem like they cared. If felt like they just want to do what they know can make them money quick and the rest is just not worth the effort. read more

Had to return several times for their issues to include a bad amp which caused my speakers to not work. They also forgot to reconnect my hazards button from removing the head unit (factory radio). They fixed things but all of these issues should have never happened if they did quality work. Do not recommend. read more

Trash! Call them for an estimate on a simple radio installation for my 96 Jeep Cherokee. I talked to the manager. He asked me to send pics which I do. He didn't reply back. Hours later, I texted him again and finally he replied back and questioned why I don't install it myself. Are you kidding? Called Arizona sounds and they installed it in less than an HOUR!! We took our sons truck in for a stereo install and back up camera install. About 4 hours later we were told it was done. We picked up, drove it home. Later that evening when my son went to leave he had no running lights or dash lights. We took the truck back. They said those problems are not related to anything they did but hesitantly said they would look at it. When we returned to pick it back up they stated we had burnt out bulbs in the running lights front and back, the trailer wiring was possibly shorting the lights out, and a loose battery connection. ?? Huh. They said one of those was the problem. Replaced all the bulbs, installed new trailer wiring, and installed a new battery post connector. Still no running lights, or dash lights, and we realized also no reverse lights and the reverse camera no longer worked. After a couple of hours of tracing wiring I found the problem. Bad back up camera wiring. We removed the back camera wiring installed into the reverse lights, that fixed all problems. With no help from them. read more

I found this place almost by accident. The only indicator was a sign on the side of the building facing 19th Avenue. All I can say is I am extremely happy I went there to have my stereo installed. The owner is also the installer and I received excellent customer service along with a high-quality product for a fair price. I know nothing about stereos and she took the time to answer all my questions so that I would get exactly what I wanted rather than try to upsell me on a bunch of features I would never use. I will definitely return here when it's time to upgrade the speakers. read more

I had my jeep lifted there. When I got it back, the new 35" spare tire was mounted on the original tire mount on rear. Obviously it wouldn't fit, so they put in a spacer. The tire was hanging so far out, it looked stupid. You would have thought that they would have known something was up at that point. Nope, I pulled out of the parking lot and it made the loudest banging noise over bumps. Guess they didn't test drive it after the work was finished. The weight of the new tire was way too much for the original tire mount. Oh, and the spare tire covered up the third brake light! Glad I didn't get pulled over on my drive home. I wouldn't let them lift a skateboard. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company (Paige was their representative)took my credit card deposit on a audio system for my car. All I signed on an IPAD, was the credit card receipt. A copy of the receipt was texted to me. I never got a written or verbal statement about cancellation policy. I never received any service or product. The install was scheduled for 1 week later. 3 days before the install I called numerous times and left many voicemails letting them, Paige, I had to cancel. Something financially came up where I needed to help my son. No one ever called me. They did not reverse the charge. Be very careful with Audio Techniks..in fact go somewhere else. AWESOME PLACE!! Went here after a failed DIY car alarm and all other places wouldn't touch it. Best Buy even told me it would be an extra hour to work on my car since it's a Mini Cooper. But this place didn't even bat an eye and cleaned it all up and even fixed my car stereo to work properly. Will be bringing the rest of my car audio when I'm ready to have it installed. I'm certified in car audio and did not have time to instal a relay for a 2008 Jeep Grand Chreokee for HID headlights. I took my car to them and they fucked it all up. They did not tuck or even try to hide any of the wire. Also they would not asses the problem because I went back and fixed it. It cost me over $400 for fix because I had to replace all my headlights and my stock 9006 clip. Their relay blew out my headlights. I highly recommend never taking your car there unless you want to have to pay for everything again. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING just saying. read more
