This coffee shop is a hidden gem in Stockton. All of the donuts and pastries are neatly displayed in front. You can tell the employees have a passion for their donuts and they truly care for their customers. When I first entered the shop, I was immediately welcomed and greeted with a smile. My first impression was how clean and bright the store was when I entered. I came around the end of October so they had Halloween themed donuts. I went into DF Donuts earlier today, about 10 minutes before they were suppose to close, and let me just say, from the Service, the Quality and Ambience... EVERYTHING exceeded expectations! The store was spotless clean when I entered, no funny smell or garbage laying around. And The lady at the counter who helped me, "N", was fantastic! She was super friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. And as for the donuts itself.. the BEST IN TOWN! They have a ton of great options to choose from and I ended up getting a ton of different types... all of them were absolutely DELICIOUS! If they are open I will always choose this place first. The doughnuts are fresh, staff is nice. I bought 3 dozen for my kids class and they offered to help me to my car with the boxes. The cronuts are life!!! They had a couple different options of cronuts when we went, ones with fruit and cream, fruit flavored cream, and coffee. We opted for blueberry flavored cream and cream with fruit. The cream with fruit is superior but both were delicious. The cronuts are so moist and airy, the cream isn't too sweet, just the perfect combination. They have a wide variety of donuts, all looked delicious and fresh. Each donut is at a different price point, so there's no set price for a dozen. The apple fritter wasn't my favorite, felt it could've had more apple chunks and not cooked as long. Get the French cruller if you like those, they were delicious as well. The customer service was top notch, everyone was so sweet and helpful. There's plenty of staff so the wait isn't long. It was our first time there so we were slightly indecisive, we never felt rushed. As a thank you, they top your box with some free donut holes. There are tables inside where you could sit and eat your donut and enjoy it with the drinks that they offer. We already can't wait to go back for more cronuts!! read more

Everything about DF donuts is amazing. The first time I went there they offered me a job of learning how to make donuts. I believe they told me to come there at midnight or 3 AM. That person I haven't seen it in a while, but everybody else is amazing. They have amazing donuts most delicious Boba and they also gifted me a plant not a plant but like an off thing of a plant, you know what I mean and they're amazing. Check them out DF donuts over next to Coco's on March and West. They have some really delicious items and super nice people working there. This is the best place in Stockton to buy donuts. Classic donuts are $1.20 each, you really can't beat that price. My kids like the fun donut designs, unicorn, super heroes etc. Every single time they've given me donut holes and or a donut for free which is a nice gesture. After looking at DF's Yelp reviews, I needed to try their ube cronuts. I was so excited to finally get my hands on some ube cronuts today. They weren't bad tasting, but they lacked the ube flavor. Adding purple food coloring doesn't mean it's ube flavor. The worst part is, I literally choked on plastic while eating my cronut. Thank goodness I coughed it up. This isn't acceptable.! I honestly prefer it over Starbucks, Peet's, and Dutch Bros. You can def taste the coffee even if you get the sweeter ones (which are sweetened just right). I love trying new donut places. I gave this place two tries before writing a review. both times The donuts and coffee's were mid. Nothing memorable or special. While they have some fancy donut designs, twice the donuts toppings seemed a little stale. And customer service is just BAD. Both times I went I was not greeted only, "do you know what you're gonna get?" Coffee sizes were small and over priced for tasting just average. Stopped by for a sweet treat after having coffee and breakfast nearby. All the donuts on their Instagram page always look so good! I decided on a strawberry and cream filled cronut. The strawberries were so ripe and loved how light and airy the cronut was with the whipped cream. It was a bit pricey for one donut but at least it tasted good! They even included three little donut holes for an extra treat. I tried my husband's dalgona latte and it was a bit off to me. I wish it had actual coffee whip like true dalgona style but we did enjoy the honeycomb pieces on top. If we weren't going to get coffee already elsewhere, I would have tried their matcha strawberry or the banana milk. The interior is nicely decorated and it's a great little spot to meet someone for a drink and donuts. They have plenty of outdoor seating too. Donuts and coffee makes me happy - so when I heard cronuts were in town I had to go try them. These are so fluffy and chewy and good! They don't feel greasy at all. I got the sugar and chocolate dipped and love the sugar one. Only avail on Thursday's so I will try to get there on time as much as I can lol. Go early they will sell out by early afternoon.
