I can't stand when you get a BLT and it lacks bacon, that surely is not the case here. My best friend loves to get their over medium eggs; the yolks are flawless, hash brown with cheese and toast. My other friend is a huge fan of their banana nut bread, it's a delectable breakfast item that feels more like a dessert and is dangerously addictive. I can't say enough positive things about this establishment, I will for sure be back again and again when in the area. There are plenty of other options. Also worth knowing: if you're seated near the windows, the afternoon sun can be blinding depending on when you go. Aaliyah greeted us as soon as we walked in and directed us towards our table. Coincidentally, she was also our server. It was like we knew her for years. Aaliyah was friendly and attentive. We started with the mimosa flights. We couldn't decide on flavors, however, Aaliyah picked a variety of flavors for us, so we were covered. The food came out hot! I had the meat lover skillet with eggs over-easy. The eggs were cooked perfect. The warm yolk added to the flavorful meat and smothered potatoes. René had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was juicy and tender. Next time we'll ask for a side of sauce because it's so good that we needed more than provided, at least for us. One thing we noticed was that every customer was happy. Maybe the other customers were regulars there but this was our first time and we were treated like we were regulars. This spot's prices are a touch higher compared to restaurants in the area but the quality and portions really justify it. The employees are incredibly kind. When I stopped by to pickup my order, there was an employee cleaning the outside patio who immediately stopped what she was doing to open the door for me, went inside and washed her hands before even handing me the bag. The small details like this really make the experience so much better. It is especially reassuring to see how sanitary they are here too.
