He recognized a foundation issue nobody had even recognized. We found out after an inspection with an engineer that he was 100% accurate. We even had an issue arise during the inspection, from poor plumbing and he offered to come re test after it was repaired. He did and even continued to check repairs that he had already inspected. First, I called Tristan and let him know I needed an inspection fairly quickly and noticed he had an opening the next day. I was still waiting on signed paperwork from the seller, but he went ahead and booked me. Shortly after, paperwork was signed, and we moved forward. With this being my first time to do an inspection, I wanted to be there the entire time (and to also measure the walls and areas to see what I needed to purge from my apt). Well, shortly into the inspection, I could already tell the home was going to be an issue, so I became that gnat that followed you around everywhere you went. It didn't seem to bother Tristan as he showed me different issues, explained anything I had questions about, and was patient with my lack of knowledge. He was also very friendly and kind. Everything that can break in a home that's major, has in the last 4 months of living in the home including the septic! Toilets are terrible. Home had visible termites in the shop. That if anyone actually really took the time to inspect would have seen them.
