Great professionalism and trustworthy people. You can ask them anything and they'll be attentive in answering your questions/concerns. One time, I had a power steering hose bust on a Saturday and they were quick to order the part and assist, since most shops/dealerships won't be able to on the weekend. They even explained how it broke and what they did to address the issue. Also, another time when getting an oil change/inspection, I asked if they could check for a knocking noise every time I hit bumpy surfaces. They did a thorough inspection and even assisted in securing some inner wheel housing panels that had missing retainer clips by installing some. They spent a good 15-20 minutes doing that for no charge. Very helpful! read more

I discovered these guys trying to get my oil changed and found out they were awesome guys that really cared about my car. I have a Mercedes S63 AMG and it's not a cheap car, especially if you get things done at the dealership where the price for anything is insane. They also have to order all my parts shipped from Germany which they just did recently on a 4-way hose for my car. Paul's took care of me and changed my oil and filter and I brought my own oil and filter. They also noticed I had a leak in one of my intake hoses and that was causing my engine light to come on. They told me they would tape it up and to drive for 50 miles and come back and my engine light went off! They also did an inspection on my car. They do everything here and I will be bringing all my business to them from now on. read more

I went for an oil change went home and tried going to the store a few hours later and car won't start. my bf checked EVERYTHING under the hood only to find out the car had no oil in it. I called the shop and he offered to come to the house to look at it and said "I'll be back I'm going to get a jack from the shop" NEVER came back. Called the shop to see what's going on and he said his boss told him that's not their fault etc. poor customer service and they don't put your oil cap back on. now we're carless thanks to these piece of shits. we showed them videos of where the car was smoking from and all the oil coming out on our driveway. he said "well I checked the road all the way here and I didn't see no oil trail" read more

I called to see how much a oil change with Synthetic oil would be as I had called my dealership and they told me $65.00. The rep I spoke to told me it would be $69.99. If I used a blend it would be cheaper. I figured for $5 difference, it would save the drive into Rockwall and just pay them. After they changed my oil, they told me it would be $100.29. If I could rate them a zero for lying I would. I have the documentation to show what the dealership quoted and I know exactly what I was told on the phone. I was told they sell Pennzoil motor oil. It's pasted all over their building. My window sticker says PZL ultra 5w30. My receipt shows mobile 1. What did I get. They now have new owners. Don't guess I will go back. Can't be trusted what they are giving you. I've been in that business for over 20 years. Good luck trusting them. They have new owners. All 3 Pauls locations are not Pauls. I've never heard of the brand of oils they have. They had a guy that worked there for 25 years quit all of a sudden. I wonder why. read more

Great service and quick changes and inspections. My wife and I were in there a couple days ago and after we pulled in, at least five cars pulled in behind us within 2 minutes. Their prices are competitive with the chain oil change facilities, maybe a little more but they are a local shop and I want them to stay in business. I went for an oil change at Paul's. It was $47 for conventional oil. My brother tripped out and said I got ripped off because I should have only been charged $25 unless they used synthetic. Then when we got home, he saw spots in the driveway. Oil. We then parked the car on the street, where more oil spots appeared. My brother said either they didn't put stuff back together right, and it's leaking, or they didn't bother to clean up after pulling out the old oil filter which would have splattered oil everywhere. He was mad cause now he had to go to the trouble of jacking up the car, etc., because if it was leaking, I shouldn't be driving around like that. So he investigates and finds the CV axle boot snd front subframe all covered with oil. So he had to clean it all up. Turns out nothing was leaking, but you never know. My brother commented about the price of the oil change being high, which the guy justified by saying how quickly they get cars in/out of the shop. Well, no wonder they're so quick when they aren't fully doing the job and you have to go home and wipe everything yourself! Plus, there were no other customers! read more

Went for inspection. Told me that there are small cracks in serpentine belt and it is going to fail because of that. I can't see any cracks. Belt was changed 60000 miles ago. What ever happened to test lights and safety features. Emission test and let me be on my way. What a waste of time. They didn't want to.leave without failing my car. I left. read more

Rip off. Horrible customer service. Terrell location. Charged me literally $40 dollars more than what a normal oil Change would cost. We stopped here because we were going through a different location but 30 miles up the road from our hometown. Will never be back. Lesson learned. Asked for number to talk to manager or owner but refused to give to me. Avoid this business and location. Plus they smoked while working on my car so now the inside of my car smells like smoke. Pros: this was the fastest oil change I've ever received. The guys who worked on my truck were also extremely polite. Cons: this was also the most expensive oil change I've ever had. It was $52 to get my oil changed (with standard oil). I was told it was $48 for a regular oil change but since my truck takes 6 quarts they had to charge me an additional $4. That's literally never happened to me before. In conclusion if you're in a rush and money is not a problem then this is a great place to go. But seeing that I'm not usually in that position I probably won't be returning. read more

Went in for an inspection. The kid took my car for a short drive and drove into the service bay at such a high speed that my car bottomed out, making a loud banging noise. The passenger side mud flap was scraped up. Probably no damage to the underside. But I won't go back. Cars cost too much to have service persons treat them with such disregard.
