Other residence, the big freeze here a few years ago cracked my sprinkler lines, and water eroded the soil under the driveway. Saw a Facebook post by foam works. Yes, it may need touching up in a decade or so, but it's a perfect solution over removing and replacing a driveway that is in good condition but sinking or sagging. They came out, we struck a deal, and in a couple of hours, each house, the crew was in, lifting drives and gone. This was 6 months ago, with no issues yet, but none were expected. These guys are pros. Just dime sized patches, but symmetrical, so it doesn't look wonky at all. Highly recommend Foamworks. I also highly recommend you enjoy your weekend. Their team did the design, permitting, and landscaping/irrigation work. The pools team did a great job, and I'm very happy with the end product. HOWEVER.... this review is to comment on my overall dissatisfaction with the company's willingness to honor the landscaping/plant warranties - which they didn't do. Instead, they invoked the "act of god" clause, and left me hanging. The dollar figure is a few hundred bucks, and a little bit of my own labor to replace the dead plants... Given the project was north of 200k, it's a minimal impact, but I'm going to be honest, and state that it left me with a terrible taste in my mouth, and wanted to share it with the broader community. Caveat emptor.

This time, Jesus placed new sprinkler heads for another part of the lawn, and changed out different spray head types a couple of times to my liking. He has the patience of Jesus. The estimates are reasonable, and Linda, who coordinates the jobs and takes the payments, is very responsive and quick to reply to questions. Overall, I recommend them for affordability, communication/responsiveness, and timeliness.

Once they did, their service was spotty, never knew when they would show up, so I had to keep asking. A couple months in, and they stopped showing up altogether. After 3 weeks of nothing, I emailed and was given another apology for them forgetting I existed. Another 2+ weeks go by, same exact thing. So I cancel my service with them, but I had one more day paid for. They came out and mowed their last day. And then they charged me for another month's service today. And good luck trying to get them on the phone. They never answer. If you leave a message, best you'll get is a text. Feels like they're scared to talk to their customers, and I see why.

The owner, Juan Mendez, came out on the same day of the call and repaired the drip lines, as well. Again, this company is amazing ... which says a lot about the owner. He strives on making certain his customers get the best service possible. Their rates are very reasonable and fair. They let us know they couldn't do it in Oct, but would still give the discount for an Nov install. 1. First they cancelled due to weather. 2. Then canceled last minute on the rescheduled day of install. And just texted we will not be able to install your lights this season we're short staffed and over booked. Not very reliable! Responding to owner. They didn't work out anything with us. I guess being upset that we had been cancelled on twice and just getting a last minute text Is considered "aggressive". And they only called after I texted them about their cancellation.
