My topper had a broken piston support and they were able to repair the support point for a decent price.

I will preface this review by stating that the only reason I came here is because this is who my company chose to do business with. After this though, I will be pressing them to find a new vendor to give our money. I got a brand new truck and needed a topper for the bed. We ordered one and it took a few weeks to arrive and actually came in earlier than expected. Thought that was a good sign. Was I wrong though. Not long after arriving I overheard the workers talking about another truck they were working on in the back. Apparently they spilled half a tank of diesel all over the parking lot. Should have been a red flag: took them about 2 1/2 hours to get the topper installed on my truck. I looked it over once they finished but didn't look close enough at the truck. Later on I opened the bed and smelled diesel. There were muddy diesel foot prints all in the bed that they didn't bother to clean. I started look more closely at everything and found were they had failed to put parts back on the truck, broken parts, and actually caused damage. This truck is less than 2 months old. I called and spoke to the owner and his response was "oh sometimes things break when we put them back, it's normal". No. No it's not normal. He said to bring it on though and they would see what they could do. He called me back a few minutes later and said he talked to his guys and they stated they didn't do it. He tried to imply it could have been someone else. No. No it wasn't. No one else had touched the truck and it's in the area you were working to run wiring. I got off the phone and became increasingly more angry by the minute. If it were up to me I'd have them take the topper off and shove it were the sun doesn't shine. But I don't want them to ever touch my truck again and cause more damage. So now I have to find someone else I trust to fix this and be out even more money. DECEITFUL, UNETHICAL, and LIARS. Im not from the area. I reside in arizona. I am a superintendent. I bought a new truck and left arizona to start my next job in Southlake. I did a lot of calling around and liked the price and attitude of Victor and Larry here vs. others. Drove to Garland to take a look at/ touch different models. I contacted Feagin Topper Sales and spoke with Victor regarding purchasing a Leer Topper for my Honda Ridgeline. Victor told me that Leer has a list showing a "Factory Second" for about $1000.00 less but it is blue. He said he could have it painted for $600.00 including paint prep and paint. To me, I was still saving a few hundred dollars so I ordered the "Factory Second" Topper. A couple weeks later, the Topper arrived at Feagin Topper Sales and I made an appointment for the following day to have it installed. As they were prepping the Topper, I inspected it and noticed that it was used, not new, not a "Factory Second" at all. It had been built for, and installed on a Ridgeline with a factory roof rack, so the Topper had been notched out for roof racks. Since my truck doesn't have roof racks, this topper would not work at all, let alone it was advertised to me as a "Factory Second", not as a used Topper. I advised Victor that this would not work for me. Victor tried to convince me that it was indeed a "Factory Second" and I could get by with the notch outs for a, (non-existant) roof rack. In order to not continue into an argument, I suggested that he please go ahead and order a new Leer Topper. I received a receipt for the order, (showing I paid for a Leer Topper) and left, awaiting a call in the next few weeks for it's arrival at Feagin's. Long story short, after the Topper was installed, it turns out that it is not a Leer Topper at all. It is a Century Topper. The old "Bait and Switch". I mentioned to Victor my surprise when they lowered the back window finishing up the install and I read the brand name "Century" and not "Leer". Of course Victor assured me that there is no difference, "they're made in the same factory". I'm not sure if the quality is the same, and I'm pretty sure that the retail price is the less for the Century, but I do know that I ordered and paid for a "LEER" Topper and got a "Century" Topper instead, and I had absolutely no say in that decision. The fit and finish are not good, the color doesn't match and after calling around to a few other Topper sellers, I found out the Century Topper is priced at a couple hundred dollars less. read more

If you are looking for a Truck Cap or Tonneau Covers and more... You have to at least give Victor at Feagin Topper Sales an opportunity to win your business. I found it to be worth the drive to Garland. I wish I made them the last stop as I wasted time checking out the others in the DFW area. Feagin Topper Sales had plenty options in stock but I chose to special order a few more options. It arrived when expected and the guys installed it efficiently.
