It was late and I called around 5:20 and they close at 5:30. Right off the bat, a guy answered the phone and said, "Simco, can you hold?" and I said, "Sure." and I got the hold music. I was on hold for 16 minutes, patiently waiting for them to get back to me and then I hear what sounds like someone picking up the phone and putting it down, hanging up on me. It's not that big of a deal, so I call them back and it immediately picks up and gives me their "closed for business" recording. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They seriously hung up on me so they wouldn't have to work after hours. I was pissed. Pissed enough that a week later, I remembered the incident and came to the computer specifically to write about my experience. It's not going to keep me from buying their products, but it really is a crappy move.

I should have just went to Discount Tire and paid $20. I have had multiple TPMS sensors replaced and I have never paid anything close to what these guys charged me. I wanted to support the neighborhood small business, but their price was excessive. The tech also didn't program my sensors to the correct wheel location. I had to reprogram them when I got home. I won't return again.

In addition to that, I have already made payment for said work. Do not get me wrong Jeff seems like a great guy to the fullest but, totally had no control over his time frame, he over promised and under delivered with out a doubt. The biggest downfall for me is when I am told that it would take less than one day and it ended up taking FOUR DAYS at the shop. Definitely not acceptable! Especially when I had to keep calling asking when my truck would be ready. The work that has been done so far was not partially done correctly. If I'm going to spend more than $4.000! here I expect a good job. Every time I call I get the runaround and it is frustrating. Below is the work that was done which took 4 Days: - New AMP boards which took 3Hr. - Remove Air lift kit which took them 1Hr. - Adding New Tires. N/A on time - Adding a Light strip at the tail gate. 1Hr. As Jeff is turning in the truck to me 4 Days later, I spotted the following: - AMP board wiring hanging underneath the truck. - Amp board wiring hanging underneath brake paddle. - Light strip un leveled and connected incorrectly. Below is the said work that was not complete: - They NEVER added the bump stops which Jeff said he would! - Light strip installed incorrectly! - Here is a funny one. I raised my concern about the issue regarding the light strip not being strait. Jeff literally gave me double sided tape to what apparently he expected me to fix it. Since after Four days at the shop wasn't long enough he said to me "Hold the tape and bring it in next time and I will fix the connection also" I'll tell you one thing. If I have to bring my truck back literally after a week at the shop even AFTER PAYING! That is bad business... Here is another funny one, I am still waiting on that call from Jeff or Mark. I get my oil changes at the dealership and they did that and after that was completed, the service advisor tells me that my oil pan was leaking and that I needed to replace it. The cost was $530. The advisor continued by telling me that the passenger side front axle had grease all over it and that that repair would cost $2150. I was suspicious and untrusting of Clay Cooley simply because of the entire situation, so I had seen online Dwight's & Don's Auto Care and I decided to give them a try. I met with Justin and explained my situation and he presented himself as a truthful guy and I decided to give them a try. Well, after everything was done, my oil pan didn't need to be replaced. It was the oil filter housing assembly that needed to be replaced because it's plastic and had broken. As for the front axle and the grease, Don told me that they cleaned it up and that the boot wasn't torn and that there was no reason for any further repair. So, after going to see Dwight's and Don's Auto Care, I went from a possible $2100 repair bill to a $400 repair bill. My Palisade SUV is running good and I highly appreciate Justin's and Don's sincere honesty. This was my first time in their shop and they took care of me like I was a regular customer and from now on I probably will be. Not only just that another friend I have known for a while they stole a pair of his rims and tires 2 months ago. Now is doing a lawsuit on "Moonshadow" Just like their name they do some shady shit in the shadows. They also stole money from a friend named Maka V. 2 years ago and he left a review on yelp. He purchased custom wheels from this place paid in full. Only to be lied to about why the wheels are not ready. He had to track down the manufactor of the wheels only to discover my wheels have been ready for weeks and they manufactors refuses to ship the wheels out because Moonshadow Dallas has not paid anything towards the invoice. So since he paid via zelle he have no choice but to go to court. He had to see why they want you to pay via zelle or cash. He tried talking to owner and he (Chris) refuses to talk or make thing write. Shady business with unprofessional employees, management, and an invisible owner. They take advantage of customers, go back on their word, and does not deliver as promised. If you want to get scammed, then this might be the shit hole youre looking for.
