They all looked at our home buyer inspection report and quoted us for a full master bath replacement. None of them went under the house to double check the report. Sahy from Echo came out and went under the house and actually had us run the water to find leaks. He found two small leaks and some additional repairs and he figured out that the inspection report totally misdiagnosed the issue. Everyone else was wrong because they didn't want to do what Sahy enthusiastically did. Sahy showed us videos of the issues and we were able to fix exactly what was wrong rather than deal with everyone else's 'worst case scenario' of having to redo the entire master bathroom. Sahy is a great communicator and loves his job and it shows.

Somehow it was both the perfect size and strength to get exactly jammed in the garbage dispoal. With family and friends coming over and a lot of activity in the kitchen, this was a big problem. We called around to multiple plumbers and found Stefano recommended by another family with a garbage disposal issue. He was one of few plumbers who got back to us promptly and who did not charge an extreme "out of hours" markup for coming out on a holiday. When he tackled the blockage, he ended up disassembling the garbage disposal but was able to both remove the cup and replace a gasket that had gotten damaged in the process of me trying to unjam the disposal. Not only that, Stefano was upbeat and did a great job of entertaining our 2 year old who was watching on with wide eyes. This was a huge relief - our 4th of July event was a success and we've bookmarked Stefano's contact details for any future plumbing needs!

We evaluated around 6-7 companies, and off the recommendation of a neighbor we had Letts come out. I was a bit hesitant because you are charged for a minimum of an hour, there is no free estimate. However, in that time he shored up a leak with a temporary patch and had an estimate of how much work it would be to take care of everything, which ended up being much more reasonable than some other places we evaluated. Adam came back when he had enough open schedule to fix everything and some parts were shipped in. An incredibly nice guy, and just an incredibly fair and integrity oriented operation. All the vendors I evaluated were five stars with many reviews, but Letts was the only one that didn't feel like I was being upsold and he was just out there to help me solve my problems. Honestly can't wait to hire them again, which is an absurd thing to say about a plumber, but man what a great experience. I will rave about them to anyone who will listen.

They most recently removed an old water softener and installed new copper piping where the softener connections were. Oddly, the tech charged us for new copper while keeping the copper sections he removed, saying he was adding it to their collection. I get not being able to reuse the sections connected to the old valves but there was some that could have been reused, or left for our recycling. Not a huge deal, just seemed odd that he mentioned keeping it for their future use. We'll still use Letts and recommend them to friends. They're very prompt. The work is done well. And the job sites are left clean.
