Super pleased with Phast Rooter & Plumbing. I had a blockage in between my mainline and street. I called around 9:30 P.M. and they immediately answered and were out here at 9 A.M. the following day. Premier showed up and was very professional and respectful of our home. Premier went over everything that we experienced and went into detail about how the systems worked and what most likely was the cause. Premier told us the quote before hand and was not pushy what's so ever. (Very reasonable pricing) He ended up clearing the blockage and got out of here in around an hour. Due to the fact that the technician asigned to my job was running very late, Jimmy, the owner, and his technician, Premiere, arrived to do the job themselves and gave me a discount. They promptly assessed the clogged toilet problem and told me up front what the cost would be. After approval, they proceeded to pull the toilet, after covering the carpeted area in the bathroom, and ran a long snake down into the opening to relieve the blockage. They then ran a camera down into the pipe to see if it could find the clean out, which it did not. They then cleaned the shower nearby as the clogged drain had originally bubbled up into the shower. I was very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail and would hire them again in the event of any future plumbing problems. read more

There is water seeping from the toilet onto the floor. it's coming from the sealant around the base of the toilet. Went to Yelp to look for a plumber who can fix it today (Easter) and someone from Phast got back to me within minutes and also seem to know already what might have the issue. They were able to get someone to check out the issue later that day. They arrived an hour later than the given timeframe but they communicated it right away that they were going to be late due to another job taking way longer than expected. Premier was easy to talk to and was very communicative. He did multiple checks to make sure the leak wasn't caused by something else. He explained everything he needed to do before doing it and anything he found that might have been problematic. He was quick and was out there in less than 2 hours. I had a great experience with Phast Rooter and Plumbing. He responded to my message quickly yesterday and was able to accommodate my family by coming very early, which I really appreciated. Being very pregnant and having 3 young boys, working toilets was a must and he understood that. He worked efficiently to make sure our issue was resolved as soon as possible. After reading other reviews, we selected Phast Plumbing to take care of a plumbing job at a rental house we own. To their word, Jimmy was FAST. We hadn't expected the job to be done right away but they showed up as promised and finished it within 1.5 hours. We had old ancient shutoff valves that were leaking and an old faucet that we couldn't deal with to replace washers, etc. He replaced everything with new fixtures & modern valves, cleaned everything up, was very respectful of the space. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. As far as price - it's PLUMBING ... which tends to be expensive. We didn't get 2nd or 3rd bids to compare. But he came in at his original estimate and the tenants are happy. We will be using him again for another plumbing job & putting him on our speed dial for future jobs. read more

I ended up having a pipe leak that damaged part of my ceiling during the night. Luckily Phast was quick to respond and came in asap the next morning and went straight to work! Jimmy and Premier were both really professional and thorough. They were able to get my pipes replaced within 2 hours and even gave me advice for a different plumbing question that I had. Just note that they just do plumbing so I had to find a different contractor to repair the ceiling drywall but that was expected. The price was very reasonable as well given the high quality work. We had issues with our garbage disposal for a while and I finally decided to get it looked at. I searched and came across Phast Rooter & Plumbing. Wow! Jimmy responded really quickly to my inquiry about a toilet that wouldn't stop running. I had attempted to fix it with YouTube tutorials and failed. He called me and talked me through the issue, then gave me the info I needed to try to tackle it myself, since it was a simple fix and probably wouldn't be worth the service call fee. Once again Uriel came to our rescue. We had numerous plumbing issues - the main one being we had to have our water pressure regulator replaced with copper piping to stop our squealing pipes. He also installed our Flushmate toilet so we once again have a working on-suite bathroom. After he made short-work of those installations, I had him replace our shower head with a wonderful handheld version, install a new bidet and he even replaced our frozen backyard faucet.
