My son Axel, 2 1/2 yrs old, started walking about a month ago but not completely on his own

My son Axel was diagnosed with optic nerve hypoplasia and developmental delay. He is 2 1/2 and barely started walking. I believe that it is with the guidance and help of Ms. Romina he has excelled so much. He does PT, OT and speech at DG therapy. I love all his teachers and even the ones I didn't feel were a good fit for axel, I was able to switch without a problem. They always keep me informed with what's going on at the clinic and call me even for the smallest of details. They have kept his health at the forefront during this pandemic. The picture is an appreciation post for my sons physical therapist. She is so patient with him and does her own research to understand his diagnosis.

This place is amazing!!! Thanks to Romina my daughter was able to crawl and walk and run and climb. She had PT from birthday to 3 years old. What a difference a dedicated therapist does! my daughter was born with DiGeorge syndrome and she was delayed in all her areas(including a feeding tube until she was 4) now she is a regular Kindergarten class the only therapy she still does is speech. She got her firsts steps at 2 years old. There is hope in every child and family, do not give up, DG therapy is the best place to be. Sending lots of hugs and love who every family needs it.

From the first day I attended PT, I was impressed with the place which is clean and organized. I am much more impressed and pleased with the staff; Pip, Britany, Doctor Sally, Claudia, just to name a few. The staff seems very knowledgeable about the physical exercise treatments and show patience to show me the proper way and why to do all of the exercises. The entire staff is very friendly and professional with us patients and make you feel comfortable attending pt and improve the healing process.

However I had my first appointment and was basically left alone the majority of the visit. They would show quickly me a stretch and walk away to go work on their computer every single time--often before I even performed it once to see if I was doing it correctly. On my first visit someone should have at least observed me doing each of the exercises once to ensure I'm doing them correctly. At the end they said "you're all done" and I had to ask if I should be doing the exercises at home, which ones I should do, and for how long. They said "you could do some of the exercises we taught you at home every other day" and provided zero printout or guidance. I'm not sure if my experience was a fluke, but this was a really disappointing experience.

I personally observed her speaking to staff members in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, including yelling on the floor. Her behavior was noticeable enough that visitors were able to overhear the interaction. Unfortunately, this did not appear to be an isolated incident. I have witnessed her being unpleasant and disrespectful toward others on more than one occasion. Regardless of the circumstances, healthcare professionals are expected to communicate with coworkers respectfully and maintain professionalism, particularly in an environment where patients and their families are present. It was very concerning to see this type of conduct taking place around patients and visitors. Healthcare is supposed to be an environment centered around compassion, dignity, teamwork, and respect. No staff member should feel comfortable treating others this way, especially on the patient-care floor. I sincerely hope management addresses this behavior appropriately. Patients, families, visitors, and staff deserve to be in an environment where everyone is treated with basic respect and professionalism.

I honestly felt lucky to have find out about Mike. He was able to pinpoint my issues almost instantly after getting me to do a few stretches and movements. We then started working right away on movements for my shoulder. I was super impressed because I've never felt the activations of my shoulder ligaments like I did with Mike. After our session, he even helped me out with my other minor issues such as my left wrist and lower back. He provided me with all of the exercises and warm ups via an app and it's super organized. I highly recommend Primetime! (I even got my wife to go here)

Before coming to Primetime, I worked with other PTs and always felt like I wasn't getting enough of what I needed to truly progress in my recovery. Mike was able to identify and address my weaknesses while providing me with workouts that complemented my stage of rehab. He was clear, precise, and patient throughout the process. After working with Mike, I finally felt like I was being pushed to my capabilities while also being guided in a way that helped me feel confident in my next steps in rehab. As an active dancer and highly active individual planning to compete in HYROX at the end of the year, having a 1-on-1 personal session was what I needed to get back on the right track. Highly recommended!
