The whole process took about 10 minutes to finish, and I was relieved that my dryer had not been and would not be for a long while a fire hazard. However, $220?? Nice job cleaning out our very long dryer vent that goes 2/3 the width of the house. As it had been a while (9 years), they needed to use both the shop vac from one direction and a rooter tool from the other to get all the lint out...and this was after I had already used a leaf blower to attempt to clear it. The only reason they didn't get a 5-star rating is that it would have been nice had they scooped up and disposed of the rooted out lint that ended up on the ground outside the vent. They have very happy, informative staff. They cleaned our dry vent which was choked, and we had a lint removal brush and pipe that was stuck in it. They used blower to clear it all out.
