It is already expensive even for labor. I don't know if it is comparable to the market for such services. I wish the diagnosis included the why the unit is having these electrical problems. Update: A experienced tech was sent to our home on 4/21 to diagnose the problem which was a loose wire. No charge. The technician was understanding and explained what was going on as well as checked the heating just in case there was a problem. I appreciate the time he took to throughly let us know what to expect. AC has a time delay as a safety feature for the compressor. It blinks "cool on" and takes time to turn on.
