We went a different direction with the job, so this review cannot speak to their work. But I felt the need to leave them a review because of the professionalism of their communication. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of, pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable about their craft. She and Antonio had plenty of helpful suggestions for the project upon seeing the work site, and offered options as to how we could complete certain aspects of the project. It should also be noted, Stephanie was one of the few who distinctly followed up on the job. While it was easier to use a different provider in this case, we will certainly include Modern Tile in the running for future quotes and jobs.

Kelly worked with us throughout the process to make sure all Ts were crossed and Is were dotted. Since we did not want to do a full replacement due to the aesthetic mint green look but could not locate mint green tile, we went with a white (from Daltile). Kelly & Antonio cut out bottom two rows and border, installed new mortar bed, Schluter Kerdi waterproofing, and new bright white tile. Job completed quickly on time and at a competitive price. Sergio and company just completed my remodel job . New 4ft x 8 inch floor tile that looks like plank flooring, and rebuilt my fireplace floor to ceiling with a product that looks like stack stone. See pictures attached. These guys know what they are doing, 100% professional tile setters. I have never seen such accurate precise work. Levels and lasers used in every step to make sure it's 100% square/ level! Sergio is also a general contractor so he's a one stop shop. All other tile contractors I received bids from could not do the fire place rebuild. They needed me to find another contractor to do that work. It never goes well using two different companies on the same work. At least all most never. I have 15 years experience building and remodeling restaurants, and another 15 in heavy commercial project management. Sergio is one of the best contractors I have used. I had to let a previous contractor go. It was obvious to me his work was substandard. Vitaliy and crew had to undo everything they did and then start over. In addition, once they had almost completed the job I did not like the floor so had them redo. What I didn't like had to do with coloring and other things that had nothing to do with the quality of the installation. They redid the floor and I'm now loving my new shower.
