Since we did not want to do a full replacement due to the aesthetic mint green look but could not locate mint green tile, we went with a white (from Daltile). Kelly & Antonio cut out bottom two rows and border, installed new mortar bed, Schluter Kerdi waterproofing, and new bright white tile. Job completed quickly on time and at a competitive price. First step, Jonathan (owner) performed a "weep drain service" to the shower floor weep drains. This service is described in their website. After this service, I noticed my tile shower floor dried quicker and floor grout didn't turn black. Then on a later date, their able technician, Jose, cleaned and polished my glass shower doors (removed haze too), professionally cleaned my shower and bathroom floor tiles and grout, recolored all my grout per my color choice after Jose provided three samples on my actual grout (my grout was previously uneven in color due to ingrained dirt and fading), dried the areas, then applied protective grout seal. My shower and floors look better than ever after this service. I highly recommend this service and their quality techniques and workmanship - especially before tile and grout gets too unsightly or damaged, and before considering a tear-out.
