I've brought my 1988 Nissan 300Zx here twice now to get some maintenance to keep this old Z alive and running, and I'll likely be bringing it back a few more times until she's fully dialed. The pricing was on average on what you'd expect to pay at any shop (if they are willing to work on your car) over all great value, great customer service. I'd recommend them especially if you have gotten the runaround at other shops about your car being to old or uncommon to work on.

He had an attitude that was enough to make me run the opposite direction. He was rude and dismissive. In all my years of dealing with automotive shops, I have never encountered someone with such poor customer service. There's a lot of competition in this industry, and finding a trusted mechanic is important to me. When I find a good shop, I'm loyal for life and I recommend them to everyone I know. But this experience? Absolutely not. If this is how they treat someone who is willing to pay for their services, it speaks volumes about their overall character. I've worked in customer service my entire life, and I firmly believe it's not always what you say -- it's how you say it. His condescending attitude was completely unnecessary and honestly disgusting. If you don't want to deal with customers, then get out of the customer service field. Simple as that. Unfortunately, I won't ever consider coming back or recommending. Clearly he didn't value my business which is fine- I took it elsewhere.

Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Then what is the technique blending? I don't know many people out there will paint a whole car (minus door hood and trunk if you want to be technical) for a small scratch on the corner Now if you said spot painting will make blends visible then why the top portion of the cobra the blend is not visible and only the bottom? The reason I posted this now is because the cobra got scratched again (same area) the collision center (a good shop) repaired it and I can't see any mismatch in color, Again I'm not sure if you guys overlooked, but the top of cobra is correct with good blending the bottom doesn't show blending at all.
