Very very trustworthy shop. Upon researching other reviews on lots of sites, I took my Jeep in a month ago and had new shocks and brakes installed. Recently, due to a ticking problem from the engine and having found out that this is ongoing problem with the 3.6 Pentastar engine, I took it in for analysis and then subsequently repairs. 24 lifters, 24 rockers and one camshaft were replaced. A pretty big job! My Jeep was in and out in less than a week at a very, very fair price! Customer service and one on one consultation is above and beyond anything I've experienced in the Las Vegas area. I will be taking my Jeep there for everything in the future. read more

Stopped in to enquire about Fittipaldi Beadlocks as they're a listed supplier. Ended up reviewing those along with a few other options they presented including the one I ended up going with. Went with KMC Riot Beadlocks I included RPG perch collar install - rear/front. Great communication throughout process. Install of beadlocks and perch collars done well. Awful experience. They could have killed my family. Went to get death wobble fixed. Waited 3 weeks for the appointment. At drop off I was so excited to get it fixed. And excited to see them because at diagnostics appointment I was pregnant when I came back I had just had my baby. So I was excited to share that with them. I asked them if they could provide an estimate for something they had mentioned at the previous appointment and one thing that I had found while I was waiting the 3 weeks for my appointment that Is also a contributing factor to death wobble. I asked if they could provide an estimate for it and possibly fix that while they had it. They never said no or that they wouldn't or couldn't. They asked if I wanted my parts back I told them we needed to ask my husband. I drop the car off and wait at home for a call or for estimates to come through email neither happen. I call at 3pm after dropping the car off at 9am. Ask how it's going and if they have the estimates. They said oh I think your car is done. I was like did yall look at the other thing I mentioned because I was hoping to get the fixed while yall had it because it could be contributing to the issue and my husband wants only you guys working on the car. And we had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment already. He likes to show loyalty to one place at a time. If they do good work why not, right? Well they hadn't created the estimates and didn't even look at what I was talking about. Told me to come get the car. My husband and I both Went to get it they said they would send estimates. They never did. Also very next day the wobble was more severe than when I originally dropped it off. Scared the heck out of us because we really couldn't regain control over the vehicle and a dang water bottle got under my feet from how hard it was shaking. It was terrible. We call them back. And are expressing our frustrations nothing absurd just the basic you took our money, told us you knew how to fix it, kept the car all day and it's not fixed. What's up with that. So they wanted us to drop the car off again-and they would get around to it whenever they could get around to it. And we weren't okay with that. Jenna had the audacity to laugh, But nothing was funny. She acted as if she was doing us a favor getting us back in. but everything at that point is an inconvenience for us. They had the car all day the day of our appointment- and I had to pay for an Uber to go back to summerlin that day. We weren't going to do that again on our dime. & we just had a baby we can't be waiting all day in the lobby with a 3 week old. They never gave us the parts at pick up or followed up with my husband at pick up. After the disrespect we decided we wanted nothing to do with them anymore and we took the car somewhere else. We don't do business with people who are disrespectful. Oh and for the grand finale- come to find out they never tightened the bolts down on the steering rod that they "installed" if you can call it that since they never completed the job. See the picture I'm going to add. The next place we took it to, took me under the vehicle and showed me that the bolts had only been hand tightened. That next place was so pissed- like livid-because they said it was extremely dangerous and with me having a newborn-they just could not believe these people and how they could be so careless. And these people made all that stink about dropping the car off and keeping it, for what? Instead of laughing at us they could have provided great customer service and built a life long relationship. said I'm so sorry, we are not sure what is going on. We need to get eyes on it again. Please can you bring it in first thing In the morning? If it's something we can fix right away we will just have you wait in the lobby. But if not, we may need you guys to drop it off again. & if so you know We can provide a $30 credit to cover the cost of Uber- on your account because we know you guys are wanting to get more work done. But end in the, All they really needed to do was tighten the bolts! It could have killed us. I didn't even mention they charged us more than the estimate that they provided at the diagnostics. I've been bringing my Jeep to this shop for some time now. They've done all of work on my Jeep that I don't feel confident tackling myself, and they've never let me down. They're an honest, knowledgeable group who won't try to squeeze every penny out of you. This time I had a cylinder misfire code thrown on cylinder 3. And while I did some of my own diagnostics (which I let them know about) they further diagnosed the issue quickly, got the repairs done in no time, and charged a price that was far more reasonable than any other Jeep shop in town would be had I gone elsewhere. This past weekend I broke my Jeep swaybar bracket off from the frame which was going to require welding to repair. So I bought brand new MetalCloak ball joints and there were only a few shops certified for metal cloak and this was one of them. Great staff I called over got the estimate and they had emailed to me within an hour or two. I made the appointment and they did the work same day as was in the estimate didn't leave me stranded. They recommended a wheel alignment after adding the ball joints and really explained why it was the best choice and once it was done I clearly saw how far out of alignment I was. They do outstanding work the entire area they were working in was completely cleaned up looking brand new and did an amazing job. We basically built a full lift kit and accessories via text and or email based off another companies quote, a quote that company was confident included EVERYTHING needed and wanted. Unfortunately their quote sheet was "coded" meaning it didn't easily explain what all was in it. American off-road took the time to recreate the quote several times until we found what all was either missing and wanted. Just them taking the time to make sure I knew what I was getting or needing knowing I wasn't going to be buying anytime soon is awesome customer service. I was surprised they responded to my quote request because the repair my car needed had nothing to do with off-road mods. Heck, my car is not even a jeep lol. Nonetheless, their quote was half of the other 5 shops I contacted. I retract my statement. I gave a good review upon conversation alone. After having the work done, and driving off; I must say I am beyond disappointed. If you stand by your work, and don't find issue with my rear differential completely going out, then we have two different ideas of good business. I was put in danger by your lack of urgency in addressing the very issue I brought my Jeep in for. The "new" clutch is jumpy, and the rear differential was not fixed by gear oil alone. My back wheels locked up and I got stuck in the middle of the road 9 days after leaving your shop. 9 days after you assured me that it was good to go, and safe to drive. I am still shaken up by the ordeal, and deeply disturbed by your negligence. read more

WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! What an amazing group of people to work with. It's not often you find people with the core beliefs that if you take care of the customer they will be back. Well with that said after dealing with a dealership (mistake #1 we made) that had over charged us and did not finished the work that was paid for, A.O.R.C. stepped in and absolutely amazed us from start to finish. The communication is something to be admired, the whole process we were informed of what needed to be done and with options and recommendations.
