I live in an apartment and the "supposedly" two attempts to deliver a simple package wasn't able to be delivered even if I was home that two days. The driver did not take the effort to contact my apartment manager and gain access into our gated apartment complex. THIS IS VERY IRRITATING. Worst delivery service ever! read more

Very good sevice. The people at the front counter are very respectful and helpful. I never have issues with shipping internationally using this company. They also provide a nice online function which allows DHL to hold my packages at their location so I can pick them up whenever I need. This comes in handy for when I know I wont be home during the day for a delivery. read more

How is this company still in business. They are the worst delivery service ever created. I hope they get their business license revoked. I didn't recieve my package, their customer service gave me a different delivery date over the phone than the one on their website, they tried to shift blame stating my package was delivered to the USPS but when I tracked my package through the USPS website it said they had not recieved it from DHL. I ordered from this site called ChicMe.com I payed express shipping for a dress to get here before my friends bday this coming up Saturday. I'm 100% positive that I put the correct billing information/address to receive my dress. I got a notification saying that my dress was delivered at 2:12pm. Uhh excuse me but to whom or where?? A DHL truck/delivery never came to my address so how is it delivered? I go look on the website, put in my tracking number and I seen that someone else signed for my package. WOW! read more

I have been waiting for a package that i was tracking through dhl and since i knew i wasnt going to be around when my package was delivered i left a note with my tracking number on my porch so that they would leave my package and not need a signature. This wasnt the case. If the delivery man had looked a tiny bit instead of just leaving he would have seen it. i need the contents of my package for tomorrow and will not have them because the option to pick up your package from a warehouse takes an additional day as well. read more

I'm absolutely pleased everytime I use Dhl. They always are on time or early. The drivers always call me or text me on the day they deliver it. I don't understand all the negative reviews. A company or employee makes one mistake and you keyboard warriors crucify them. read more

For the second time in the last three months this delivery service DHL has marked my package "delivered" according to their website, but when I get home there is no package and a notice on my door saying "sorry we missed you". Then like before, I get to call DHL and have to argue with them because all they do is look at the same website I can see, and try to tell me its been delivered. Even when I let them know Im holding a notice in my hand saying it wasn't delivered, they were still doubting me. The previous time the missing package that was supposed to have been already delivered, mysteriously just showed up the next day! Throw in the fact that on THREE separate occasions I specifically requested via DHL's website to have my packages left in my patio, but the driver continually leaves said packages at my front door for anyone to grab. In any of these instances I have never chosen DHL, they were unfortunately the shipping service certain sellers keep using. We'll see if my missing package magically shows up this time even though according to DHL, it was delivered. DO NOT USE DHL unless you want your packages lost, time and money wasted, and your requests continually ignored! These people are a joke! read more

Worst delivery service! Attempted a package delivery. Left a notice on my door saying they would try the next day. No attempt was made. Called and was told delivery was scheduled for Monday 3 days later... it is now 10pm on Monday. No package. Online tracking says it arrived at a sorting facility in London.. Most incompetent delivery service ever. Takes three weeks for them to decide to hand package off to the post office to deliver. WTF? If it had been sent by USPS to begin with I would have had the package in days, not weeks. Ridiculous and incompetent. read more

They're extremely friendly and always are fast to deliver! I even receive phone calls sometimes ahead of time so I know when they'll be delivering my packages which is awesome! I've never had any problems with them before and one of their deliverers today made sure I received all 5 of my packages. read more
