Came here to pick up my package. You will need ID & the tracking#. I was told that the driver won't be here until 6pm back with my package. That was ok. I sat around & waiting. There is no waiting room, so I waited in my car for 15 mins & then stood up inside for another 15. My package was there @645. The worker, forgot his name, was very helpful! Looks like this is a drop off for FedEx as well. I like this location because it's easy to find & bonus: close to my job. WINNING! The location does close @730. (I posted the hours). I would never go to this place again. They have loss my packages three different times. I have been dealing with this since the 19th and have been told nothing but lies. The (young) manager actually thought it was funny I was so upset and did nothing to problem solve or help in any way to find my package. Instead she said out loud in a lobby full of people that they loose packages all the time. I can't believe they can treat a customer that's already upset in that manner. Awful service. Their call center told me I could pick up a package as long as the address on my I.D was the same as the package. The FedEx store said the package can only be picked up by the person whose name is on the package. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. What awful customer service. We ordered really expensive steaks that is obviously perishable and paid for over night.. well it's Thursday 12/3/2020.. just received our spoiled wagyu.. we ordered this on Sunday and shipped out Monday... and estimated "overnight" delivery on Tuesday! You'd think if something was marked perishable it should be delivered soon... but it didn't we were tracking our package and it was apparently sitting in the delivery truck since Tuesday. NOT GOOD! Not acceptable and when we tried to call the facility to see if we could just pick up our package she also confirmed that it's in the truck therefore we were unable to pick it up! FAIL!! Horrible customer service. They give an estimated time of delivery (signature required) which is useless as they never deliver within that time frame. After missing the delivery 3 times, I called and they stated they would attempt delivery again. Tried to scan something today- should have been straightforward. Went to Staples but the line was way too long. Fiancé convinces me to go to Fedex because they have more machines. First machine didn't work- had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help. There were 3 employees and 1 other customer. Apparently the machine I chose doesn't do well with scanning to E-mail even though it's a service that is offered from that machine. Employee had to completely reboot machine which was taking a very long time. Gave up on first machine so tried second machine. I gave up on scanning to email and just used a USB drive in hopes that was a less complicated action for the machine. This one scanned my items but then the kiosk went blank before I could load them to my USB. I waited for help- 15 minutes while 3 employees helped the one other customer in the place. Gave up on getting help so just rebooted the machine on my own. Scanned my items again, crashed again. Waited another 10 for help- lady was nice but not helpful at all. She rebooted it just as I had done which didn't work because why would it work the second time when it didn't work the first time? Gave up on this machine and went back to the original machine. In an attempt to be helpful employee asks how many pages I am scanning. I say 13. She tells me that the machines don't do well with more than 35. I inform her 13 is less than 35. ‍ Tried again with the scan to email. Machine crashed... AGAIN!! Once this one rebooted I had to rescan my card for the 5th time, rescan my items for the 7th time. Tried to scan to USB but it didn't work. Employee proceeded to unplug and plug machine back in. As she had already done. FOUR. TIMES. without any change in the outcome. At this point I think I'm being pranked. I give up. read more

It seems FedEx has a policy in place that if a package requires a signature, to not knock or ring doorbell but to leave a "we missed you slip" instead. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had a packaged delivered that required a signature it has taken multiple attempts DESPITE BEING HOME AND NEAR THE DOOR. Just yesterday after missing the second attempt (with a house full of people) I called and complained and was assured the driver would return my package that day. They needed a signature so came by twice and I wasn't here, 3rd time I scheduled a Friday afternoon delivery time with them...in which they said it would be late afternoon. If I could give them zero stars, I would! I was scheduled to receive a letter by 10AM on Saturday! I signed up for text alerts. I got one saying that the driver was on the way (7:28AM)and the next thing I know I get a second text alert (8:00AM)saying that no one was home. Not only was I home but I have ring video doorbell and there was absolutely no activity whatsoever. No "sorry we missed you" note on my door. Nothing. The driver lied and to make matters worse. I called and spoke to someone and they said he'll be back at 10AM. You guessed it. He NEVER showed. Now I have to wait until 3PM and drive down to pick up my letter and hope that it's there. So I just got out of this location and this may have been the worst customer service experience of my life, and believe me, I've had hundreds of them. I walk in right up to the counter and the employee is looking at his computer and never acknowledges me or says anything ( I just figure he was busy finishing a transaction). So I took out my phone to get stuff done. About 10 seconds later, I look up and the employee is just looking at me. He does not say a word. So I say, "hi, I'm just here to pick up my package," and I hand him my package info and my license. He takes the package info and lets my license fall off. About a minute later he comes back out and says he will need my license. I say sure and point that it's in the same place he dropped it at. He never does look at it and it stays in the same spot the entire time. I go back to doing stuff on my phone. He then slams his hand on the box (I am guessing to get my attention), but I never look up. He then says very loudly and rudely "sign the screen" and points to the screen. I go over and do it because I don't want a confrontation, I just want to get my package. He hands me the box and I grab my license. Glad to be out of there and hope to never return. read more

Not super easy to find but obvious once you do. Where you go if you miss your package drop off or want to ship from the source for faster shipping. The trucks o here to sleep. Great, fast, friendly service for drop offs. Picking up is slow mo but what do you expect as they look for your package out of thousands. Easier than the UPS store just because of the helpful staff. Easier than the post office cuz it's faster for the same price and the lines move a lot faster. I am recently retired and had used Fedex regularly in business. Now I had something sent to me via Priority. I was told that it would be here by 10;30am next day. When I started tracking in the morning the estimate was 4:30pm. I phoned and was told that 10:30am was just a "target". I've never had to go pick up a package before. I am usually am home or can wait until the next day for the re-delivery. However, seeing as how my iPad mini was being shipped, I just had to get it. This FedEx is located behind the Taco Bell on Sunrise. There's no real sign or board that tells you you are even close to the destination. It can be a little hard to find. The place is small, and when I walked in there were two people in front of me and only one guy working in the front. I was a little worried as I was in a little bit of a time crunch. However, the guy at the front (wish I got his name!) was very friendly and worked extremely quick. He helped multiple people at once but did not sacrifice the quality of care he gave each customer. A lot of the works from the back that came up front were very engaging and friendly as well. read more

Waiting 5 days for a next day delivery my phone arrived at 8:30am on Friday at the Rancho location it's Saturday night and the rep on the phone was a Latino guy named Mark I could barely understand him asked for the supervisor and got another Latino guy named Jose who sounded exactly like the first guy who couldn't give me an employee number. Said my package arrived late and won't be delivered till Monday that there is no way that I can pick it up. I called Fed Ex for how to get a return label. I needed to send this label to an airport so they could return the item they took out of my luggage without telling me, but they wanted me to pay for shipping the item back to me. FedEx 800# said I could go to any Fed Ex store to help me. Unfortunately, I went to this store and I could tell the lady behind the counter didn't want to help me. I told her I needed a return label and she said she couldn't make one for me if I weren't the person shipping it. She said she was the only one there and to do it online. I told her Fed Ex told me to go to the store. I had some questions I was hoping she could answer. In between helping other customers, she tried to create a label. She had me get the size box I thought would be used, and then to put it back in their racks. She was really unknowledgeable. Finally, she asked someone working in the back room if I needed an account and he said yes. I asked if she could help me create one. She said there were too many people dropping off boxes and it would take a long time. There were people dropping off or picking up packages and this store cannot provide any other service. I just told her I would be taking my business to UPS. This is the worst service I've ever received from a shipping place. To not even help a person open an account means they don't even want your business. And to just blatantly give them looks like you are taking up her time and wanting you to go away is just poor customer service. After purchasing an item that the seller said he would send via USPS Priority Mail in the listing, he changes his mind and sends it via FedEx for no apparent reason other than that he was too lazy to go to the post office and wanted FedEx to pick up his package. So, it arrives at the Rancho Cordova location on Friday, 3/1 at 9:39 am. Plenty of time to scan it and put it on a truck for delivery either that day or the next day, Saturday. But, no. They decided they're going to let my package sit around the warehouse until Monday and deliver it with a signature required. I'm kind of interested in seeing how this turns out after reading all the one star reviews as to no show deliveries even though they say they will deliver up to 8 pm. Well, it got delivered, but was left on the door step and if the dogs hadn't alerted me that someone was at the door, I wouldn't have found my package until later, if at all. By the time you read this FedEx's epic failure of Christmas 2015 is probably legend. But this particular shipment center deserves a special shoutout as one of the worst FedEx shipment centers around. My Xmas packages, which we're already overdue, went "out for delivery" at 6:30 a.m. on 12/24 only to be returned to the shipment center that evening at 6:00 p.m. "delivery not attempted". When I called the Amazon 800 number they were as confused as I was and explained that drivers should be delivering up to 8:00 p.m. while telling me that some were out even later to try and ensure Xmas delivery. The FedEx 800 phone rep didn't understand either and apologized profusely. He even tried to call the Rancho Cordova shipment center to get an explanation but nobody there was answering the phone. On 12/25 I went to the RC shipment center to pick up my packages and get an explanation. The lady behind the counter never apologized, instead telling me simply "The driver had too many deliveries and not enough daylight." I asked, "Since when do you stop delivering after sundown? Your own website says you deliver up to 8:00 p.m. and I saw your competitor delivering on my street at 9 last night." Her response: "Well we're not UPS. Here at FedEx we CARE about our employees." So I guess the Rancho Cordova shipment center has decided to buck corporate policy and have all their trucks return by sundown. In the end I complained to Amazon and recommended they stop using FedEx. I certainly know I will. I also have contacted FedEx corporate and told them they have a rouge shipment center that's employing their own delivery policies. read more

What kind of morons do you have working there? I ordered some flowers from Costco.com for my elderly mother and they didn't show up. So I called Costco to find out what happened. Costco called FedEx and found out that the driver said the truck was too full and dropped off my mom's flowers at a drop off point. My package was not delivered, I called to see why and was advised the address has the wrong zip associated with my package but that they would deliver it tomorrow (Friday 1-3) Friday morning came and I called for a delivery but was told my package was still at the Sacramento office and had not yet been moved to Roseville office but assured me the delivery would occur Monday 1-6, here we are Monday and I've been told my package is still in Sacramento and won't be delivered today but they'll have someone from the management team call me. I purposely paid for express shipping and used a business address for delivery to ensure my package would arrive on time. NOT. Driver stated "trees" down prevented his delivering at 3:22 pm. Funny that another package via UPS was delivered that same afternoon on time WITHOUT problems. Also my husband and staff drove the same road to and from work and saw no road hazards, and 70 guests were able to reach our business without issue. So for my extra shipping costs. . . I got to drive 1.5 hours to pick up my "express"package. Met another customer who had the same issue. . . was told "no answer" at address, yet she works from home, was home ALL day waiting for her important package and also got to drive 1.5 hours to pick it up.
