So many new pizza joints to try in my new neck of the woods and Di Francesco Pizza is where I decided to try this evening. As usual whenever I'm trying a new pizza place my go to order is 2 plain slices ... and ladies and gentlemen these 2 slices were THE BOMB!!!! Hands down the pizza my childhood and teenage dreams were made of growing up in north Jersey and it's less than a mile away from me! Perfect cheese to sauce ratio and perfect crisp and chew to the crust! I will definitely be back for more pizza and to try other menu options. Wow! Although seemingly surprised...I really am not. The owner/employee calls a Black woman the N word in front of her child! Over what? 2 slices of pizza for $13! Young lady paid with a debit card, he demanded cash, she provided the proof of payment, he berates her & says "I hate you people" & follows her outside and attempts to kick her vehicle. Times are tough for everyone but $13!!? Food isn't the greatest anyway 0:10 do not recommend!! People who own businesses know they can't remain in business without the consumer. read more

This experience was abysmal...My food eta was 12:27pm. After it was 5 mins late I called Slice customer service as i was n the clock at work and expecting a quick turn over. (app I ordered through). I was equally dissatisfied with the extremely unhelpful attempt Slice made to compensate me after all was said and done. When all was said and done my food didnt arrive until 1pm. 33 minutes late! Food was gross, soggy, and barely even warm. None of it was good. Meanwhile I kept getting told by both Slice customer service and the establishment that the best they could do was provide me a 5 dollar credit for their place through Slice....I ended up having to go back up to my desk and come back down once the food finally got there. No refund was offered. No notifications/updates on the eta of my order were offered the entire time it was late. Not from the app and not from the establishment. Only explanation I got was ..sorry we were busy. Now I have a useless credit for a place I never plan on giving my business again. read more

We usually order the Zupa di pesce here which is always pretty good. The other night we decided to order in some comfort food and got the Vodka Penne Pizza. This was very good. It had just the right amount of sauce, mozzarella and penne on it. This pizza was even better when we reheated it. The vodka sauce was very good. I am pretty picky when it comes to vodka sauces. Excellent pizza. The flavors of their Food is like ya in a Party in your Mouth! Beyond delicious. There really is not any word to accurately describe their aMazing and various dishes. My very bougie and prissy ain't came over for a visit and she asked about having a lunch of cheesesteak or salad. I knew that the "Place to Go" would be Di Francesco! All of us in our party loved every dish we ordered. We all tried one another's food and it was a wonderful flavorful experience. This place has been here for many years and the name has changed, but Never the Quality or Delicious flavors. They always have a great selection of slices and a great lunch buffet. Tried this place again and was disappointed. Not really sure if it was the fault of the restaurant or the Slice delivery person. The driver came on time but didn't bring our whole order. The pizza and bottle of soda were missing. I find it difficult to miss a whole pizza! The driver called the restaurant while standing at my front door. They told her the pizza was there. She didn't come back for over an hour!!!! She said she had to do her other deliveries. I'm not blaming her. She was very nice and apologetic. The worst part? She brought our original pizza which was cold and congealed. The place could've at least made us a fresh one. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to reheat it in the oven. 1/2 of the family was finished eating theirs for over an hour. With that being said, the cheesesteak and bbq wings were good!! If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Couple weeks before this incident I ordered from here and got a Brooklyn pie. The whole thing was burnt to a crisp and tossed it away. This time we ordered food took an 1hr and half to get here. He was super busy I understand but he needs more drivers then or needs to drive himself. Driver said they had one guy delivering. Got my food ordered a panzortti, penne vodka and buffalo chicken cheesesteak. The panzortti was a pizza turnover. And the cheesesteak was burnt and bread was hard. Gave this place a try for take out to try something new from our usual. Forgot our extra sauce. The potato salad looked like coleslaw - had way too much Mayo. We got ricotta on a pizza and they only put it on half. The eggplant is so paper thin that it's basically just breading. Wings lacked sauce but the ones that had it were decent. I would give it a O stars if I could. The shrimp was burnt and taste burnt the french fries were stale. The food did not appear to be appetizing at all you can clearly tell the food was probably cooked in grease that was used repeatedly. The employee did not follow the instructions of the order and they are not oonsistent with you order. The lettuce in the salad was wilted and the deli meat was old. I called the store to tell them about the food the man was rude and defensive and said the food was not burnt and lied about the order. Do not waste your time and money ordering from this place. Ordered a cheesesteak the other day and the bread was so burnt instead of toasted. Them when I went to pay for my food the older white man with a heavy accent I believe is the owner or a manager threw my card on the counter then when I asked for ketchup he threw the ketchup packets in my direction on the counter. I was very offended and I will never spend another dollar at this place. If this is the customer service you give your customers I will gladly spend my hard earned money elsewhere. There's only one quality pizza in the Willingboro/Burlington/Westampton area. This guy comes down from Long Island everyday to provide a delicious pizza variety and deserves credit. It can get loud and crazy in there. But that joker that posted "a no sauce" bbq slice sure posted it after he ate most of it and snapped a pic way after it was served fresh. Over three years I usually get a buffalo chicken pie and after the 10ish minute ride home it looks like this every time! The pasta dishes are also the best of their kind Willingboro has seen in a long time. I just wish they offered gyros or beef patties to add to an already large menu. PS I can't speak on everything else that guy complained about his order, but somebody below mentioned their little bag of chips came opened already. The grill cook pops it so the chips fits in the container with the panini or wrap that it comes with, I asked when I saw him poke my chips with the knife once before packing them with my sandwich. I mean, what more do you want from a place where you can bring in wine to dine with some nice pasta dishes, or order some classic fried appetizers and such? My husband opened the food when he got back to the car and realized there was no fork for the pasta. I realized there was no ketchup. When my husband went back to ask for ketchup the owner said No you have to pay we are not giving you free ketchup and forks. Free?? So my husband left. I went inside with $1 and asked for the ketchup. And then the owner lost it. He started to yell and bang his hands on the counter. He yelled that ketchup is expensive and he only makes $20 hourly. Ordered a veal sandwich with no sauce through Slice, we have ordered multiple times and never had any issues. The location is literally half a mile down the road and it still took an hour for the food to get here .When we examined the order the veal sandwich still had sauce, obviously there's a reason I asked for no sauce because I am allergic. Called the location and was greeted by a rude woman who barely let me get out 4 words about the mishap before she argued that she took the order exactly as I said it (meanwhile her ignorant self didn't stop yelling enough to hear that I had ordered online). She then put the "owner" On the phone who proceeded to scream at me as well saying "had you order from me I would have made it right, instead you order from slice and they screw it up so call them". Now, I am a patient person and my girlfriend was already on the phone calling slice about the mishap when he started SCREAMING "you should back to school and learn English so you can order properly, go fuck your self" and hung up. Now if my girlfriend weren't next to me telling me to calm down I would have drove my car to this location and thrown my veal sandwich with sauce at his face. Instead, I will keep pressing the negative reviews of this place because it is ABYSMAL and UNACCEPTABLE for any person to speak like that, especially to someone who spends MONEY multiple times a week at your establishment. RUDE! This store manager who wears glasses is just as rude as the cook. I have a family member is unable to drive and just called to ask what is on the steam bar and the worker stated "I''m busy if you want to know come to the store" and he hung up. I went to the store to inquire and their attitudes were even worse. The cook admitted he was rude and also said he did not care because he's busy and what was I going to do about it. The manager was nonchalant about it. We will NEVER give them our money again! The next time we need food for the office or my family I guarantee it will not be from here. Quite possibly the worst pizza and cheesesteak I've ever had. I've had better frozen versions of both. I wasn't expecting service but had an open mind going in until the owner or manager proved that the service was bad when he told us we couldn't share our food. It wasn't like we were sharing one combo; we each had our own we just wanted to try everything. Then he's yelling and screaming at his workers who, by the way, look absolutely terrified by this guy. He was like the Italian version of Ramsey. Okay, back to the food, it turns out the bbq chicken pizza was lacking sauce and the chicken was so dried out it was like jerky. The cheesesteak sandwich was not worth more than $2, I wouldn't eat any of it again even if it was free. My co-worker's pizza also didn't have sauce... maybe it was a no sauce day? i called this pizza place tonight after ordering there 3 times in one week. My delivery driver was not giving change back. So on 2/24 when i placed my order i got a cheesesteak i asked for extra cheese and i also asked if the delivery driver had change and she said yes. my total was 15.00 i gave him a 20 and he said have a nice day and walked off. I said wait sir and he got in the car and left. So i ordered again on the 26 and the same thing happened so i called when i got time and asked to speak to the manger. The manger got on the phone asked for my name and number he said that he didn't see i ordered anything and i told him i had my receipt. I gave him the day i was talking about and he yelled and "said and your just now calling get outta here the freak." And then proceeded to hang up on me. So i called back and i said are you the one that just hung up on me and he handed the phone to a lady that got on the phone nasty and she tried to say that it was 2 weeks ago and i said ma'am that was like even a week ago. He's in the back ground telling her to just hang up and that's is what she did. So i called back again and he said "the owner will be in on Friday and you can talk to him about it because i am not doing anything for you." I've pretty much had it with this place. Lived here 3 years and ordered many times hoping it would get better. My problem with them is that they always get the order wrong.. I ordered chicken club wrap and my husband buffalo steak sandwich. I ended up with buffalo chicken no bacon and it was terrible. they added fries that we didn't want as mine came with fries. That's not all . I ordered a tray for a party in the summer . I went there in person to order for the next weekend and when we went to pick it up they had no such order. I watched one of the owners write it down. My guests had to wait for dinner. Numerous times they leave things out of the bag when we get home and we paid for it. When you call they will fix it but you have to go back AGAIN, I'm so angry read more

Poor customer service!!! I ordered delivery service and the order was wrong. The person on the phone wouldn't take responsibility for the error and told me that I ordered what was delivered. He said the driver has left. Mind you this was only 2 minutes after I received the delivery. The bag of chips that came with the order was also already opened with the delivery.
