What an impatient woman on the phone at 12:45pm on Nov 13th. Hung up on me and was rude. I'm trying to pay my bill! Super unprofessional

Matt and Eli (Elijah) at In Demand Plumbing were fantastic! I contacted them about a whole-home…read morewater filtration system, and they took the time to explain the Halo 5 system in detail. Eli tested both my tap water and refrigerator-filtered water, and I was surprised by the results. He clearly explained how the system filters and conditions water throughout the home. Just two days later, they returned to install the system. Matt and Eli arrived on time, were professional, and got right to work. The installation was completed quickly, and they made sure I understood how everything worked before they left. I am very happy with the quality of their work and customer service. I highly recommend In Demand Plumbing and would definitely use them again!

I would rather allow my home to flood before inviting In Demand back. I am fair, and will start…read morewith positive: they responded quickly, and the leak was fixed. the negative (BUYER BEWARE): Beto arrived and before any work had begun I made the mistake of telling him that my deductible was $2,500 and I was concerned about cost. He QUICKLY said that they could absolutely do the job for $2,500! I told Beto I was concerned that he was just quoting my deductible, and he said that he understood and he could do the job for $2,000. but he had to call in a smaller employee in case they had to go into crawl space and dig (the crawl space is very tight). I asked him what if leak was against the wall and no digging was needed, he assured me price would be adjusted accordingly. again, my fault for not getting this in writing. He attempted to get to leak from garage and was unable to, so had to cut into my family room floor and wall. As I guessed leak was against the wall and was repaired. No one needed to go under house. Beto called two other workers (according to him because they had a small stature in case crawling was needed). I never saw all three working, two basically hung out. At the end I was presented with the $2,000 bill, I asked about the adjustment since no digging was needed, Beto told me his boss said no. but he would be nice and deduct $100. I paid my bill and called the owner with my concerns-he said that a quote should never be given before the plumber could see the actual problem and he would talk to Beto and call me back. That was last week, no call back. I waited to write this review to see if the owner would make things right, or at least explain the charges. So beware of this company-or at least Beto and his quotes, don't make my mistake and agree under stress and pressure! I had an active hot water leak under my house and I should have known better, but I didn't and they took advantage. UPDATE: I thought I was speaking with the owner originally, but it must have been a manager. The owner called me a couple of hours after I posted this review and said he was unaware of the situation. He said he would use this as a teachable experience with his employees, apologized, and offered me a $400 credit. I accepted the credit, and was going to take my review down, but it happened, people need to be aware. So I am adding this to know the owner did finally reach out and made things right. Unfortunately it didn't happen until I posted a review.

Ever increasing costs!!! In 2019 my power was out for 5 days! I never got any reimbursement either because it was due to a "wind event" Listen, the wind isn't my fault! You can pay for my lost groceries! Currently my power has been out for 7 hours and is not expected to come on for another 2 hours!!! On the website to get any payment or credit your power has to be off for 24 hours. This is ridiculous!! My power will be out for a total of 9 hours and I'm sure I've lost everything in my fridge and freezer. PG&E doesn't care about the consumer just their bottom line! Should not even be allowed to operate with the damages they've caused in CA. Even insurance companies are pulling out of CA due to fires... PG&E caused. I'm tired of paying for PG&E's mistakes! I live in a one bedroom condo and my bill is estimated to be over $300 this month for just me. I've not even used my heater! I'd rather freeze than spend over $300 for my gas and electric. My bill used to be $150 in the winter months (using heater). Now no matter what it's always over $200. There needs to be a cap on public utilities. They raise rates worse than the feds! Why does the consumer have to bail out the utilities???? Take accountability for your own mistakes!! Pay for your own mistakes!!!
