Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. She's very happy we finally got this done bc it was close to a year she had been waiting for it! Yay she says. Also they included an air filter too. Almost forgot about that!
