While she drew my blood (which was painless) I was calling our drs office to resend the lab orders for my wife. Laura had us wait in the hallway while she took care of another patient. Instead of telling us to come back another time she checked again and saw the drs lab orders for my wife. She said "I didn't want you to have to come back". Laura is a wonderful asset to your team and I wanted to let you and others know about this.

After waiting more than two hours, my husband was turned away without having his blood drawn because they claimed our medical insurance was inactive. That information was completely incorrect. I had seen the doctor the day before, had my blood drawn, and even picked up my prescribed medication using the very same insurance. I immediately called our insurance company, and they confirmed our coverage was active. Instead of taking a few minutes to verify the information with the insurance provider, the staff simply told my husband his insurance was inactive and sent him away. My husband even explained that I was outside and could have clarified the situation immediately, but no one made any effort to help. Now we have to return and go through the process all over again. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location. The office appeared to have only three employees, and while I understand staffing challenges, the lack of organization, poor communication, and unhelpful attitudes made for a very frustrating experience. Patients deserve better customer service, better time management, and staff who are willing to verify information before denying care.

The first 30 minutes = $2.00 and each additional 30 minutes thereafter = $1.00. Daily maximum = $10.00. Don't forget to stamp the ticket at the Quest office counter before leaving. Otherwise, there should be plenty of free street parking if you come early enough and don't want to worry about parking validation. [Process]: There were no receptionists at the counter at 8 AM. Visitors can use the kiosk to check in or use the online check-in link provided in the email. I clicked the online check-in link and it took less than a minute to complete the process. I arrived at 8 AM and was done in less than 10 minutes after checking in. To my surprise, I didn't have to make a fist and the phlebotomist was still able to complete the blood draw within minutes. The waiting room also has a screen showing the number of customers currently being served and the number of customers with scheduled appointments within the next 60 minutes. [Lab order]: I forgot to bring a physical printout, but the phlebotomist was able to locate a digital copy by searching my name and birthday. Otherwise, customers can email a copy to PSCCWK@Questdiagnostics.com. [Conclusion]: A fairly efficient process when everything aligns from having an appointment scheduled to having the lab order ready.

This is the only medical center in the area that tries to charge people for parking. Not the fault of Quest though.

The earliest it allowed me to check in was 10 mins prior to our appointment. It instructed me to go into the center and Wendy immediately brought me and my 8 year old son back. Wendy was very nice, patient, and did a great job when drawing my son's blood, poked him once on his right antecubital and drew the blood right away. My son said it felt like a "sting" but that was it. He was nervous beforehand but didn't cry and was even able to look at the needle in his arm and the 2 vials while it was filling with his blood.
