Whenever I've had an issue, like when my AC stopped working, they made sure it was fixed properly. They've also always recommended repairs or maintenance when needed, usually before they became bigger problems. Over these past years, they've done my oil changes, replaced my windshield wipers, checked my engine, and helped with various other car issues. Today is a bit of a bittersweet moment. After about 6 years of loyal customer service and about…read more$15,000 later between two cars, it was time for me to call it quits on repairing my Silverado... I don't feel bad blood or any sketchy feelings toward anybody at the shop. I just feel it's dumb luck and just plain bad luck on my part for having such a faulty truck. Everybody at the shop has done an amazing job helping me out. Will at the front counter is an amazing person who goes above and beyond to do whatever he can to make the pricing work for you.. Trey is an amazing technician who knows exactly what he's doing and sends detailed videos and reporting of everything he inspects. Unfortunately my truck started leaking and it was a faulty water pump. The same water pump I replaced 4 years ago at the exact location here at autolink. Again, I don't feel any sketchy feelings. I don't feel any kind of way. I just feel frustrated that the same water pump would go out after 4 years. I feel like something like that just doesn't happen. Even with that, I'm in a position in my life where I can't and don't have the resources to do anything further with this vehicle. About 2 weeks ago, maybe three. I replaced the complete brake system in my vehicle and it cost me about $2,000. Today I got the estimate for the water pump repair and it was $1,500. This is on the higher end of any shop repair. Again? I feel it's worth it because of the work they do, but to be honest, I feel something more should have been done to either prevent the water pump from breaking down again or getting some kind of warranty for that water pump that just happened to break down once again after 4 years. In the back of my mind, I can't stop thinking about the fact that something like this just doesn't happen that often. Water pumps don't break down that often. Anyway, that aside again, I hold no bad feelings toward this shot because I highly recommend them to everybody. They are on the higher end of the pricing ever since they started getting more clientele and more business. That is something that is to be expected I guess. Even with that, they were able to bring down the price significantly, and I appreciated it ever so much. At the same time I had to explain that at this time in my life I I can't and will not continue to repair this truck. I picked up the truck from the shop, drove it home and it's going to be sitting in my driveway for a few months until I figure out what I'm going to do with it. I have to save money to fix it because I do want to keep it and pass it down to my kid because after $15,000 worth of repairs I think it's pretty much brand new and should hold up for my son for a few years. Thank you everybody at the shop, Jay, will, Trey all the mechanics that I haven't met. They are detailed and explain what needs to be done with great reporting and paperwork. I will not be going back for a while. I'm going to save up some money. Get a new car and when the time comes I'm going to fix the truck and pass it down to my kid when he's old enough to drive. But I am seriously done with this truck. It has been nothing but a money pit. Again, I hold no bad blood, no hard feelings toward anybody at the shop. I just feel some kind of way about the same part breaking down 4 years later and me having to fix it at the exact same place with no kind of warranty.

I was unfortunately late by 30 minutes, so I waited for two people (I think they both had alignments too?). However I was out by 90 minutes from start to finish. I think they spent about 30 minutes or less on my car which is pretty fast from my experience. They didn't scratch the rims (19 inch staggered wheels like rear 255/35R19) They used torque wrenches. Tires are well balanced using hunter road force balancer and I didn't notice any wobbling or roaring. I'll be back and on time for my other cars :)

My rear camber was out of alignment and couldn't be fixed since Toyota OEM arms have no adjustment on them. They were able to do the alignment quickly, leaving the wheels on the car while they adjusted the arms. I was in and out in under an hour, and about half of that time was spent just waiting for them to finish up aligning the car ahead of me in queue. They have no problem working on lowered cars and even saw them aligning a slammed Lexus sedan before my car. These guys do great work and have very fair pricing. They're now my go-to shop for whenever I need an alignment in the future.
