I recently replaced the front axle housing on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler and was having concerns about steering feel and tracking. I first visited JC Alignment before the axle housing replacement and Johnny took the time to inspect the Jeep, explain the alignment readings, and answer all my questions without charging me. After the axle housing replacement and a new alignment elsewhere, I still felt the steering was too light and the Jeep required constant corrections while driving. I returned to JC Alignment for a second opinion. Johnny reviewed everything, adjusted the steering wheel to center, fine-tuned the toe alignment, and took the time to explain the caster limitations of my current suspension setup. The difference was immediately noticeable. The Jeep now tracks much straighter, the steering feels more stable, and it no longer requires constant left and right corrections. What impressed me most was Johnny's honesty and professionalism. He did not try to sell me parts or unnecessary work. He explained that if I decide to install new lower control arms in the future and need another alignment, then he would charge for that service. He even told me that the alignment performed after the axle housing replacement was good and spoke positively about the other shop involved. I had my sway bar bushings replaced by John 1 year ago and brought my Kia Stinger to him last week to have the bushings lubed. I made an appointment 1 day ahead of time and he squeezed me in. I recently got new tires and was told I needed an alignment so I was referred to Johnny by my dad who swears only Johnny can do his alignments and does them the best. My dad is very particular when it comes to his cars, so I knew I had to come here. I made an appointment and came early with my dad but Johnny started working on my car immediately. Good things take time and Johnny took his time meticulously, which took about an hour or so. He did a test drive to make sure it was to his satisfaction! I found Johnny through Yelp and decided to give him a call based on all the positive reviews. Johnny did not disappoint! Long story short, I had a different shop do an alignment which I needed someone to verify and correct. It took a few phone calls but I was able to get a hold of Johnny and made an appointment. Showed up, he got to work, and got me in and out in 30ish minutes. The best part, he verified that the alignment was good and only wanted to charge what minor adjustment he had to make instead of the whole alignment cost. That's great customer service right there! Made some aftermarket changes to the steering components on my 2014 Jeep JKU Rubicon and needed to get it aligned. This aftermarket addition is more complicated to align that stock and it is not easy to find someone who is knowledgeable. I went to another place who was clearly not knowledgeable and their pricing reflected this.
