Good thing there was another car or ours would have taken far more damage. The shop service experience was pretty much straightforward, dropped off the car talked to the insurance companies and they worked everything out. There was a small issue with paperwork but that was insurance company related and quickly resolved. They didn't have a few parts in stock so we had to wait an extra few days for them to get everything repaired. Quality takes time and this job shows how they took time and used proper skill to restore our vehicle to mint condition. Can't speak for costs since it was all covered by the insurance. The estimates given to the insurance company didn't seem overpriced to me though, but that's coming from someone with no prior body shop encounters. And hopefully this will be our last.
