My wife has gone in here twice requesting a quote on body work we need done. Both times, we're scheduled with their front desk. We have a newborn baby and because I work during the day she has had to find a ride to the body shop. For the second time, she has gone in and has been told the guy who does estimates is not in there ON THE DAY THEY SCHEDULED US. These guys are great. My car was smoking and I know nothing about cars. They had me come in and checked it out and did not scam me or make me pay for things I don't need because I'm a woman and have no idea what I'm doing. They were kind and helpful. Called to repair a few minor cracks/scrapes on my bumper from my in law driving into it. They gave me a fair rate (better than others I contacted), got the job done well, and friendly service! Bob's Auto Body tackled a tough project on my 1971 GTO, correcting the poor workmanship from another body shop including repainting the roof, rear quarters and trunk. They stripped my vinyl top, sandblasted and metal patched the rear glass channel and filler panel, replaced the trunk lid which was already showing "rust flowers" and blended the rear quarter panels correctly to the trunk filler panel and C pillars. The car is Starlight black and magnifies every flaw ... Mark's work was flawless and like glass. I couldn't be happier with the car and he returned the car to me spotlessly clean with no body filler dust or overspray anywhere. Thank Mark! read more

I am following up on my initial review because I stated that this business did a nice job on repairs from another car. Well, I'm sitting at the dealer now getting the remainder of those repairs done finally. The shop was supposed to ensure that everything was properly repaired, including the replacement/reprogramming of a tire sensor. The wheel was replaced, as was the tire, but I was told that the body shop, and the tire shop where the tire came from, didn't know how to reset the sensor and that I needed to take it to the dealer. I should have realized something was not right at that point, but I foolishly gave them the benefit of the doubt. Bob's Auto Body closed the claim and got paid in full. It turns out the sensor isn't working at all and should have been replaced, which means it wasn't even checked in the first place. So now I have to open another claim with the insurance company and pay for a brand new sensor. Insurance should pay out, but still I am so disappointed in this local business. It is apparent that customers do not come first at this establishment, and I happily took my business to another local shop who does better work for a better price with quicker turnaround time and MUCH better customer service.
