It was my first time working with Juan, so I'll be honest, I was a little nervous trusting a new shop with a big job. That hesitation disappeared fast. Juan communicated with me daily, responded quickly, sent photos throughout the process, showed me every old part he replaced, and even walked me under the truck to point out the new components once the work was done. He was very transparent and honest. He also re-aligned the truck at the end, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent.
