I requested a quote via Yelp and Asako responded immediately. It is $50 per hour per cleaner. Two cleaners came out and I am very pleased with their service, reliability, and responsiveness. I did a deep clean first (a very filthy house, I'm embarrassed to say!) and then requested monthly maintenance. Gretchen and Allan are the best! Asako deals primarily via text and I was a little leery at first but my fears were quickly allayed as she is quite good about answering her text messages. I needed all my baseboards cleaned, my kitchen was full of grease build-up and OMG, my shower and tub, yuck! Allan leaves my kitchen sparkling, even that hard to clean stainless steel reefer and oven hood. I also requested that my windows be cleaned and he got that cleaned, even the doggy snot. I had them clean my empty kahala home last thursday. I did not have time to inspect the house on the day they did the cleaning but upon further inspection it seems like the house was barely cleaned. I ordered a deep cleaning and none of the windowsills were wiped, floor was still dirty in some areas, bathroom was dirty and smelly and the kitchen cabinets were dirty and unwiped. Honestly it seems like I paid them 6 hours to just mop the floor a little bit and vacuum. I think the cleaners name was yoshiko? She did not even have a vacuum and had to borrow ours. The owner asako was nice but I would not recommend them for more than basic house keeping. read more

Highly recommend! I've been using them for a couple months now. I book cleaning for my house every 2 weeks... my entire downstairs.. flooring, dusting, full bathroom, kitchen sink, hallway. Upstairs kitchen sink, window above sink, master shower, & interior stairs and front door area. Also my upstairs tub. Let me tell you... Alicia & Katie do an excellent job! Spotless. They even dust areas that we never specifically mentioned. No dust at all! They do amazing work and they work FAST. They get all of that done in a couple hours or less. I also highly recommend Yukiko, she does an excellent job as well but since she does the work by herself she takes longer about 4 hours. Yukiko does a spotless job too and made my shower spotless! I had black mold in my grout and she turned my entire grout white. Amazing work. Asako is the owner & we communicate via text message. She is very responsive & so helpful and always makes sure the job is done exceptionally. The cost is about $50/hour for each cleaner that comes. Thank god for Diamond bright cleaning. They stated 2:00-2:30, they said they were running behind so 5:30, I was at my unit at 5:30, no one was there, I called and they said 6:30. I would not recommend this company if your place is dirty or clean. My guess is the good reviews for this business are all fake because after 3 hours of service, hardly any cleaning got done at my small place. The place was still in the same condition as I left it. I was shamed several times by the cleaners and the owner that my place was so dirty. Also, don't expect them to bring the proper supplies needed to clean your place. They will bring a lot of unnecessary junk but not the actual equipment needed to do the job they need to do and instead will use your stuff without asking. They may or may not give back what they borrowed, too. read more

I was in the process of selling my one bedroom condo and my real estate agent notified me that it needed to be professional cleaned before closing. Only had a few days to get it done and I initially encountered some difficulty finding a company that would perform the cleaning on short notice. Fortunately, Asako quickly responded to my request and she agreed to clean my unit the following day. I felt relieved because most other companies I contacted were all booked about two weeks out. She was really nice and did a move out cleaning of the unit with one other helper. The cleaning was very thorough and it covered kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathroom, shelves, closet, ceiling fans, floors, and windows. I thought the unit was pretty clean to begin with but she still found areas that were dusty/dirty. No time was wasted during the cleaning and it was all done within a couple hours.
