The customer service off the top was great! I was looking to get my couches deep cleaned and wanted just a quote. And I know some company's get annoyed by just asking for quotes but no he actually took the time to ask me what I was looking to get, he told me what he has to offer and the price range. After looking around he had the best price, I called back to see what his availability, I was like as soon as possible he was like I can be there first thing in the morning, he came out as scheduled and did an amazing job! I requested to get a quote for a sectional cleaning. This business responded very promptly and only requested the size of the sectional to provide a quote. No subsequent questions were asked. To secure a time, a deposit was required. Unfortunately, at the time of the appointment, he had to reschedule multiple times due to issues with the equipment that I did accommodate more than once. When he finally made it to my place, he was really friendly and nice. He took a look at my sectional then proceeded to ask me when it was last clean with more detailed questions that I would have appreciated him asking prior to the quote and agreeing on a price for the service. I Just did not appreciate him coming over then upselling his service and telling me that the cleaning proposed with the quote might not yield the best result and trying to convince me to get more add-ons due to the condition of the couch. Proceeded to give me a very high price then lower the price by a bit to make it sounds like a great deal. He could have asked me for a pic instead of sending me a price and letting me that it is a flat fee. I told him that I did not want to proceed with his service and would like to shop around. I did call the other places and the add on proposed by this business was way higher than other businesses. I asked them if he can refund my deposit but he refused since he said that he did drive out. I would be cautious to proceed and ensure that you know what you are getting into. Overall, not a great experience. read more
