One of the main reasons that I hired Miranda was as a result of the great reviews here on Yelp. I hate leaving negative reviews and was between a 2 star and 3 star review, but I decided to round up. Miranda and her team were tasked with cleaning up a rental after some of the tenants left. I will accept some blame because originally all the tenants were going to move out and Miranda thought she was going to have a completely empty house to clean. There was a change and one of the existing tenants decided to stay and had 3 other new roommates moving in. That being said, when I arrived the day after the cleaning there were many areas that were missed in the kitchen, bathroom, and throughout the house. Miranda told me that she had a person spending 5 hours working in the kitchen. As you can see in the pictures, that person did not clean the cobwebs by the ceiling or the dishwasher exterior. The handles of the cabinets above the stove were covered in grease still. The bathrooms looked very clean and this is what Miranda cleaned herself, but the inside cabinet door was not touched as you can see in the pictures. I called her to complain and she did not believe me that things were in the state that they were. I had to basically tell her that I was not going to pay until this was fixed to get her out there to address the situation. Miranda and one other woman came to the house and spent about 1.5 hours cleaning what was missed. The tenants had cleared out most of the fridge and Miranda said she had to go and it was late and did not offer a discount for them not doing the complete clean. I was very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. Miranda offered many excuses such as that the house was "much dirtier" than when she walked through it 2 months ago, etc. She also wanted to only be paid in cash which was a little inconvenient since I live 60 miles away from the rental. All in all, judging by Miranda's past reviews, she generally does good work, but I was very disappointed with my personal experience. read more

I was very thankful that they were able to come to my place last minute. She accommodated me. They did a great job cleaning however I do have a cleaning lady that I've used for years so maybe I'm a little spoiled because they do not wash dishes they do not wash couch covers and I'm used to that. I did call and ask if they remove and wash couch covers but maybe they did not understand what I meant. They removed my couch covers but did not wash them so I had to wash them myself. They removed my dogs bed covers, but did not wash them. I had to wash them myself again. I totally understand that this isn't the norm that people will clean that for you however I was surprised to hear that they don't do your dishes again, I am spoiled with my cleaning lady, so maybe this is just something I'm not accustomed to I would recommend them to people because they very well cleaned my place.
