When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

Woman at the counter exercised physical violence and abusive communication when I came to pick up my clothes and refuse to return. I am not sure if Steve is the owner of the establishment but he has said he threw away all of my clothing and communication was very difficult and ludicrously one way shrugging off so be it. I cannot waive the damages incurred from theft and forget it as they please to argue their possessions or piece of nothing to their own benefits or for illegal gains and refurbishment. As I have invested so much in my collection and lines have to be drawn what isn't rightfully theirs because they are not your money's worth or diligence. This is a high-end archival piece that sells for about $1,600 on luxury sites like 1stDibs. When I got the dress back, the sheer mesh that holds the leaf designs together was completely shredded and ripped. You can actually see the healthy mesh on one side of the dress, but on the other side, it's just gone or torn away. Now there are just frayed fibers sticking to the leaves like Velcro, which makes the dress unwearable. This was a collector's item and it was clearly not handled with the care a designer piece requires. I have photos of the damage and the 1stDibs valuation. I had my doubts it could be fixed, but I left the pants with them. When I went back they had pulled some of the threads to the inside but you could still see all the damage. It was not acceptable. She refused to compensate me properly for the damaged pants. Instead she made excuses and finally only offered me a little over the cost of dry cleaning the pants. Then when she gave me the money, she claimed not to have the exact amount and asked for change back from me which I didn't have on me. Thankfully, Dalla's gave it a shot and they were amazing. They removed all of the makeup stains and missed spots that the other dry cleaners didn't take care of. My shirt and three piece suit was looking brand new when I picked it up. They worked with my fast turnaround needs as well, having this done within about a day and a half. First off, this place is way ahead of its time. You can still use quarters, but they also have this Bluetooth/app system that connects to the washers and dryers, which feels super modern. It caught me off guard at first because I wasn't sure how to use everything, but once you get it, it's actually really convenient. I want to give a special shoutout to Sylvia, who works there. She was so sweet, patient, and funny. Even though she was clearly busy, she still took the time to help me figure everything out, which I really appreciated. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell people respect the space. When you walk in, there are smaller washers in the middle, and if you head toward the back, there are larger machines for heavier loads. The dryers are all along the left side, and there are plenty of them even when it's busy, it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also have some nice extras like a small arcade area in the back and vending machines for drinks, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's located right off the freeway, so it's super convenient, and they're open late, which is a big plus. Parking is a little limited in the front, but I think there's additional parking in the back. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. This place exceeded my expectations completely. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend. I'll definitely be coming back.
