Since my parents lived there I had my dad pick the larger dimonds and they did an amazing job with my recreation. I have had to send it back 2 more times for repairs. One was from a fall I took and the other was to fix the bezel settings correctly. I took to a local shop to fix one nd never liked the result. After the second bezel setting was failing, 14 years later we decided to have it fixed correctly. A little hard dealing with it long distance but they understood what I needed and was able to take apart and fix correctly. I even asked them to move up completion a month since we would be in town. No problem at all. Very easy and fun to work with and the quality of their work is the best out there. I would recommend them for all purchases or repairs. Cary was so helpful and Kale caught an error in the first design and fixed it with out me even asking. Would have been hard to explain but since he took it all apart to fix he noticed the detail putting it back together. The ring looked absolutely flawless when he was finished. The second visit was for my wedding set. I had a pair of soldered bands as well as an engagement ring. He cleaned and tightened them for free and then soldered the three pieces together into one unit. Again, it is flawless! I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Friday. He even went out of his way to have it done early for me. When I called to check on it, he remembered me by name and knew which piece was mine without me having to describe it.
