It came across as someone who is bitter that lab-grown diamonds have disrupted the natural diamond business, rather than someone focused on serving customers. Whether someone chooses a natural or lab-grown diamond is a personal financial decision, and no customer should be talked down to because of it. If you're going to judge customers based on what they purchased instead of providing respectful service, don't expect any business.
