I had a great experience on my dentist's day. The dentist was gentle and very nice, and the front desk crew was awesome. I got a prescription for pain and antibiotics and filled it at a nearby pharmacy. The pharmacy gave me a Microban sanitizer, to kill household germs, as a gift. I actually really like my dentist office. I have been coming here for a few months now and I bring my kids as well. Sometimes things are out of their hands and they get blamed for things and I see why they have some issues but for the most part I really have no complaints for them at all. I have been going to this dentist for years and had the worse experiences every time. I was always given a total amount for services but never a breakdown of why I was paying the amount. I was immediately told to pay for services before the services were even scheduled to be done. I recently switched dentist just to be told that one of my root canals done at diamond dental was not properly done and there is still an infection present. Every time I came to diamond dental I was never seen by the same dentist. Many of the dentist are rude here. One time I had a bad reaction to an anesthesia shot and the dentist just laughed and said oh you're fine. Overall my experiences here have been negative and I do not recommend this place. read more

I had my first visit here In February after just having a baby and have been here multiple times, let's not say how many lol, to fix my teeth and get some work done over the course of March, April and now May. Every question or concern I've had they have taken care of it or tried to fix it/ find a solution. I have had a root canal here and a few crowns. My personal friend who's a dentist seen a picture I had taken of the xray said it was the most well performed root canal he's seen. The girls up front are nice and decent although Andrea has become my favorite of course. She's sweet, caring, straight to the point, and listens to your concerns or requests. My care team Dr Shaw I'm not sure how to spell it, she's great & the dental assistant Brenda is also great, I'm comfortable with them working on my mouth. If i could give no stars I would. i have been coming here since 2021 and i had no problems. my dentist i had was a really sweet guy and the best dentist i ever had and then in 2023 i stopped going to the dentist. just this month i finally went back to get some work done before i moved out of state and it was a different dentist. very rude and belittling his dentist assistant. He got mad at me when I was telling him I'm in pain and he had to give me another numbing shot. I went to go pick up my medication from their pharmacy and the pharmacist gave me a sanitizing spray saying complementary from my dentist. I almost sprayed my mouth with it until my aunt and mom told me not to because it spray for your counter not your mouth. It was my very last dentist appointment before I move out of state so they knew that I wouldn't come back to their business. I hope that dentist gets fired because that could've caused some serious damage if I sprayed my mouth with the spray. I do not recommend this place even my worst enemy. read more

I have had a root canal done by a woman dentist that is no longer working there. The crown that was placed on the molar never felt right. I ended up getting an infection at the root. Two courses of antibiotics did not work & the tooth had to be extracted, In the process of my tooth being extracted,, Dr. Felima cracked the crown next to it with the instrument. The crown had to be replaced because it was down to the metal. I now have to have that molar removed because of the faulty crown that was put on my tooth & an infection at the root. There was nothing wrong with that crown before he damaged it. Hopefully I spare someone else from having to go through this. read more

I had a horrible first experience with doctor Brian back when they were at their old location. He was very rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Ex: appointment at 4pm....did not get taken back until 545 Ex: appointment at 2....taken back at 315 Ex: appointment at 2....taken back at 3 I dont mind waiting and I understand how they could fall behind. I dont get how you can be the first appointment after lunch and still have to wait an hour or more. That doesnt make any sense! Then when you are 15 mins late (even after calling them) they tell you that you have to reschedule. Say what?! After complaining about that, I had to wait an additional 2 hours. This is after THEY made me reschedule due to running behind the day before. So they can be tons late but god forbid you are even a minute late. And the lab takes weeks. I have never known a lab to take soooooo long. Why the heck is this place so busy and why do people keep coming here???? Why did I, after all those long wait times...I still wonder myself. Dr.Pourshirazi seems legit and honest which Is why I went here, but the actual dentists who worked on my mouth left me with two botched jobs. The first dentist told me I needed a new crown on a tooth that had a root canal 16 years ago. I got the crown and ended up with an abscess and infection in the tooth that required the tooth to be pulled within two years of the new crown. It was fine for 16 years until they gave me that poorly fit crown that led to a root infection that was eating away at my jaw! Before I knew about this infection I went back for a checkup and Dr.Dang told me that my back tooth had a hairline fracture (it'd been there for years) and I needed a crown now to prevent a root canal in the future. I get the crown and that tooth is now forever sensitive because of this poorly fitting crown. A week after getting it I tell the dentist and he says I probably need a root canal now. What?! That tooth caused no problems until he shaved it down and put a bad crown job on it. So thanks to DD I am now down $4,000 and one tooth that I'll never get back. I will say though that the front desk and office staff are always very nice and accommodating, especially the finance woman. read more

Was told after they took unnecessary x-rays, (great paycheck for them from my insurance company) that they could not fix the problem. If I could leave a NEGATIVE STAR I would. Unfortunately this was the dentist assigned for my boyfriend. First if you make an appointment THEY DEMAND YOU SHOW UP ON TIME or they cancel you YET HAVE YOU WAITING FOR HOURS in the lobby. Second, with insurance they still charge you a lot! He paid about 3k out of pocket and walked out feeling WORSE and in pain. In addition to that he we went back after telling them he was in a lot of pain and was extremely sensitive in the tooth they worked on, he literally couldn't chew or eat anything. They dismissed his concerns. Once again he went again and this time they tell him it's due to his wisdom teeth and he needed 4 wisdom teeth pulled. They give him a dr note and information of where to schedule appointment. I called to make appointment and go figure they don't accept his insurance. Mind you he hadn't been able to chew on both sides, was extremely sensitive to EVERYTHING for a good 3 months but the pain kept getting worse and worse. It wasn't until he screamed so loud and threw himself on the floor from the pain that I said no u need to go now but elsewhere. We found AAVA dental in Lake Elsinore off Riverside Dr and immediately when they answered i knew it would be different. They got him in same day and turns out he needed 4 ROOT CANALS!!! NOT 4 WISDOM TEETH PULLED BUT 4 ROOT CANALS!!!! And to top it off one of the root canals Diamond Dental did was not done correctly and they had to open him back up and get the infection controlled and do all the work. Needless to say the day after even tho he was sore he was able to chew and a week later so much better. DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROPERLY DIAGNOSE OR HELP YOU!!! read more

The worst dentist office you can choose to go to. Expect to sit and wait at least an hour before being taken in and because they OVERBOOK their beds and destiny! The ladies in the front have no communication with the back and have no clue what's going on. They will check you in and make you wait 1:30 mins or more (because I got up to check) and saw several other patients doing the same. They will also book you for 2 appointments to charge you double and offer you service that they claim you need, but you don't(I just called my old dentist and she agreed this was definitely not need it)! read more

Diamond Dental is a great dental office! All their staff is friendly and welcoming. My husband, Jerrick has had to go in for multiple sessions to complete a couple root canals. Dr Brian & Dr Amer made sure he was comfortable and not in pain. They were extremely patient with my husband and all our questions. Cynthia helped a lot with his upgraded crowns. Worst service ever! My son had a dental cleaning scheduled yesterday at 9:30am which was written on his appointment card. They changed the appointment to 10:00 and when questioned they said the girl must have written the appointment down wrong. Every time we go there it is generally a 2 hour wait and the appointment we had back in December we were there a whole hour before the dentist. After waiting 2 hours all my son got was xrays and they said they couldn't clean his teeth because he has wires in his braces. Technically there was only one wire his bottom teeth had no wire. Staff is argumentative and aggressive and highly uneducated. One of the staff members said well he doesn't have a wire but he has the rubber bands in. Rubber bands? Wow I think their staff are high school drop outs. My mother who was a dental hygienist said you mean o-rings? They then said he wasn't there for a cleaning just a check up my mother presented the appointment card and said then why does it say on this card teeth cleaning? The office manager Madea had the nerve to say if you don't like our services you can go somewhere else. Rude, aggressive, argumentative, uneducated. Your better off going to a dental school or going to Mexico for your dental work. Worst dental group ever! read more

So my first impression of this place was horrible because a few years back I had a most traumatic experience with one of the dentists, however, this appointment was for my daughter and it was with a different dentist just at the same office so I decided to give it another shot. We arrived 20 minutes before our appt and were greeted with smiles. The front staff helped us fill out all the necessary paperwork. Dr Thomas looked at my daughters X-rays and explained she needed a tooth extraction and a bone graft ugh. The bone graft was not covered by my insurance and I also felt after my daughter also having a past traumatic experience of having a tooth pulled, I decided she needed sedation as well which also was not covered by my insurance. I very simply asked for a discount as it was an unexpected cost for the graft and they obliged willingly and kindly. Now comes the scary part!!! Dr Thomas comes in and gives my daughter, who is 13 and sassy lol, two pills to sedate her. He then says it will take about 45 minutes so why don't we head to Starbucks and let her relax and get something in her tummy. Who would ever think a dentist would say such a thing was ok lol!! His only concern was that she wasn't going to have another awful experience or to be scared. We came back from Starbucks and he numbed her very well. She didn't even complain about the shots he was so gentle. Then came the gas and off we went into digging that bad tooth out. He explained every step of what he was doing and kept talking to her and telling her she was doing great. He also had me sit by her feet to keep her calm and she was. SHE FELT NOTHING as he surgically removed her tooth and its roots then did the bone graft all within 15 minutes tops. Both mine and my daughters faith in dentistry is restored because of how awesome Dr Thomas, Courtney, the office manager and all the front staff were to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping my baby and taking such wonderful care of her and making her healthy again. I won't be scared when I need to be seen next haha! read more
