There are not a lot of "non-Tesla" chargers in Lake Geneva, but the reviews in Charge Point app for this Ford dealer were positive. So I swung by to charge my car for a bit. To my surprise, a man (whom I believe his name was chuck?) came outside when he saw me pull up (they had just opened) and not only offered to allow me to charge at their location, but to move one of their employee cars so I could use a faster charger. I graciously declined the fast charged, and began charging my car. About half an hour later, chuck comes back and offers to shuttle me someplace to have breakfast or go around town if needed. I'm literally costing this guy money on their free charger, and he's offering to shuttle me around town. That's not what I expected from a car dealership. Kudos for the good customer service! Wish they were closer to me so I could come back for service if I needed it.

Same happens to teens needing a first car and inexperienced or unsuspecting females being misled.
