    I've done so much business with these guys. Over 30 engines, easily, all diamond cut. Never a problem.

Cody is the guy you'll talk to and he's awesome. Chill, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to contact via email or phone. I thought I had something going on with my clutch and after testing and digging in, they found the issue was a cylinder not firing properly. Pricing is fair and I trust the work. Finding mechanics to work on bikes older than 10 years is hard enough already but what a great place motozone is to get work done. Pricing is very reasonable too. FInding a rear rotor for my 08 GL1800 isnt easy unless i want to drop $912 for an oem one. But after looking through some gently used units and going over which one would be the best Cody took the time to help check them out and advise me which one. ( i know nothing about brakes and rotors and dint want to buy something that potentially had something i couldn't recognize to be bad). So kudos for the time and effort despite how busy they are to help me make sure i purchase the right part even if its not through them. They dont price gouge anything he could have ordered it through ebay for me but told me if so there would be a 20% upcharge and was open and honest about it. From the second we walked into the dealership, Hugh was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He supported us through the entire week-long shopping process, answered every question we had, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Hugh went above and beyond helping us choose the perfect dirt bikes, walking us through the ins and outs of each bike, explaining features, differences, and what would best fit our riding style. He didn't stop there--he also helped us get fully set up with riding gear, parts, and accessories, making sure we were safe, comfortable, and confident before hitting the trails. The entire powersports buying experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Communication was great, the process was transparent, and Hugh stayed engaged with us all the way until the moment we drove off the lot with our two brand-new dirt bikes. I dropped a scooter off for my employer the Owner of IHEARTRAVES , and it was ready for pickup the next day. Both the drop off and the call back went well. But I had a personal emergency with a friend having to be taken to the ER and I had to take two personal days . It was my fault that I did not follow up making sure someone else picked up the scooter. I WANT the Owners to know that I did not have their number programmed into my phone , and as a professional Corporate Assistant I get a lot of calls that I must screen or I'd get no work done . IF anyone there had simply left me one single TEXT in 10 days I would have known that I needed to fetch the scooter . I appreciate you lowering the exorbitant and excessive storage fee , but the whole experience really upset me. If I were you I'd get better communications with your clients , and if "Everyone leaves their Junk" as you stated maybe you should get a better system of dropping off and picking up . I'm only bothering to tell you so that maybe you'd be Happier . I did not mean to as you stated " You made me wait so long , now you can wait". It's confusing how you can't imagine that I intended on picking it up the next day if I wasn't at the hospital for that day and the next two !

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience…read more I purchased my E-bike brand new in December and have had ongoing problems with it. I brought the bike to this shop expecting experienced service and a proper diagnosis, but unfortunately the issues were never resolved. After repairs were performed, the bike continued to have problems, including issues with the motor. Communication was poor, and I often felt I was not receiving clear information about the repairs, costs, or warranty options. I paid for labor and repairs, yet my bike was still not operating correctly. Because I lost confidence in the quality of the work, I took the bike to another company that specializes exclusively in E-bikes and has extensive experience working on these systems. Their technicians thoroughly inspected the bike, identified the problems, and are now making the necessary repairs. Most frustrating of all, the warranty that I was concerned about from the beginning is now covering the repairs through the new service provider. Had the warranty process been properly addressed earlier, it could have saved a great deal of time, frustration, and expense. As a customer, I expected expertise, transparency, and a working bike when the repairs were completed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
