I was at a loss, until I found Moe and his crew! Almost no one in this town will work or even look at a Vintage bike, due to difficulty of finding parts and fine tuning a motorcycle. Until I came across LV POWER SPORTS! Normally I do most of my own work, this time I was stumped. Like I said to Moe I do my work or I am being just lazy and don't have the time. Wowowowow!! This place is the BESTTT!! I brought my my 01' CBR600f4 in after I laid it down and it wouldn't start. I usually go to main street but this time I decided to go to Moe and his team because they were able to see my bike in a significantly faster time. Unfortunately, due to the lay down and just overall years of use it never really started back up and insurance deemed it as a total loss.. :(( Fortunately Moe and his family are actually in the process of opening a dealership and actually loaned me a CBR600rr due to my only form of transportation being totaled and told me not to worry about it for the time being! I mean literally same day I was back to riding! I ended up falling in love with the bike and buying it at and AMAZINGGG price that Moe offered me. They even gave me a grace period to pay them once my insurance sent my total loss check. In addition to that, they were nothing but helpful and basically dealt with my insurance which was so great because dealing with insurance is a pain!!! Man I can go on and on gushing about how great this place and the team that works here is!!! They are a family owned business and they really do treat you like family too! So I brought my 1997 goldwing se in for rear tire replacement, and while waiting the tech had informed the parts dept. man that I had oil in my antifreeze reservoir... We then go over a few things and I ended up Have a "full service" done. I was kinda stuck, since I had ridin my bike to the shop, no worries, my parts guy actually drove me (at no charge) all the way home, 25 minutes... Unbelievable! But wait there is more! Lol now understand this is today, Saturday, the tech. Who happens to be the owner, along with three other men work on my bike, after hours until the job is done...and throw in a thingy for my clutch at no charge... I mean happy and fully satisfied does not even come close to my experience with these guys, oh wait...and the main guy is sick! Picked up my bike at 5:30... This place easily went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe and reliable bike to ride in a timely manner... Thank you guys... I have found my m.c. mechanic, I will be back... Awesome! Do not bring your motorcycle to this place! They worked on mine and did not do a good job. Had to remove the rear wheel to replace the rear brakes and did not replace them. When they put the rear wheel back on, it was misaligned badly. My drive belt is now rubbing against my rear tire. Not happy at all! read more

After my bike stopped working I was at a loss, since I needed it quickly. LV Powersports was fairly close and they came to pick it up a few minutes after I called them. The service was incredibly quick and the next day my bike was running again! The mechanics at LV Powersports are very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and always there for you. Even after I had another problem, a few days later, i was able to bring it in immediately and everything was fixed in a few hours!! Defintely my bike mechanic to go from now on! After reading good reviews for LV Powersports, I was disappointed that I didn't have the same experience. Took my trike for repair on 1/18 & was told they would get back to me after diagnosing the problem . After a week, I called, had to leave message that was never returned. This place does not return your phone calls & lacks courtesy & communication. Bottom line, after waiting 23 days, received call trike was ready for pick up. Upon arrival. my trike was in parking lot with seat & panels unassembled. When questioned staff member, he was rude, arrogant & showed no professionalism ....he told me I should have let them know I was picking up (this, after I had been called saying it was ready). I reassembled my trike in parking lot & after getting home, discovered one of bottom wind breaker was broken off and deep scratch on paint. I did not call to question or complain as it is impossible to have a intelligent conversation with their staff. Would never take my trike there again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Brought my bike in back in April, hadn't run in 4 years. They changed the tires, replaced an intake manifold, did the front fork seals, cleaned the carbs, and did a standard service (lube chain, filters, oil, etc.). Fork seals and tires look good, but my front alignment is off. Bike was running rough, so I gave it a few hundred miles before digging in. Petcock hadn't been checked, but was wrecked, so I changed it out. Replaced fuel and air filters; they said they were fine and cleaned them, but they were garbage and should have been replaced. Funny side note, they put the fuel filter on backwards. Did a valve clearance and started looking at the carbs. Had an intake clamp missing, looks like a pilot screw got damaged at the tip, the mixtures weren't all set at the same level, and they weren't synced. Fixed all of that and going to sync in the next week to see if I can even it out a bit, but I'm going to have to overhaul the carbs this winter and see what else is wrong. Half of the float bowl screws and one of the drain screws are also knackered, which is semi-common, but I'm not sure why they weren't replaced. Overall, it was a pretty terrible experience. I'm happy my bike is at least running, but the point was to have someone do it because I didn't have the time. They had the bike for two and a half weeks, so there was certainly time to order the correct parts and put her back together correctly. Communication here needs work as well; I ended up doing weekly updates to see what was going on because they would say they'd call back and then nothing. The day after I picked up I had a gas leak. I called and left a message for Moe, didn't hear back, called later and no answer. Turns out is was a loose hose on the carbs that needed replacing, but there was radio silence and never a return call. I feel like I paid good money and now I have to sink more money into something that should have been done the first time. read more

These guys are awesome. I had a chain reaction of failures on my Yamaha C3 where water pump issues led to a corroded radiator and overheated/warped engine. Within a day, this shop found a replacement engine with comparable mileage, and within two days the engine was on the bike and ready to go. Communication was great each and every step of the way, and the price I paid for the engine and labor cost less money than I would have found the engine alone had I needed to find one. There's the old saying about how with a bike, you can only choose two out of three things (inexpensive, fast, reliable). Unfortunately I found this shop because I was hit by a car right down the street, however I have been treated with hands down, the best service I have ever received for a repair shop. As soon as I walked up I was greeted by the Head Mechanic/Master Tech and he truly sympathized for my situation. As we walked through his shop I was immediately comforted knowing that they were going to work on my bike because of the vast variety of machines in the shop. From high performance drag bikes, utility atv's, personal watercrafts, side by sides, and even an antique rally car! They took care of all of the financing through both insurance company's so I did not have to pay a dime out of pocket, which was the icing on the cake! Moe, his Son, And his wife are absolutly the BEST! My wife has a 1998 Suzuki Bandit 1200 that has had carb issues for some time now. I am a veteran car mechanic with 25 years experience. How hard can it be to work on her bike(and save a few bucks). I learned my lesson, and took it to another Las Vegas shop. They had it for 2 weeks, and did not completely fix the issues. Claimed it was normal for the idle to fluctuate 500-800 rpm. I saw Lv Powersports when they opened up. Figured what the hell, went in, talked to Moe, and he said based on my story something was wrong. I brought her bike into Moe. He had it for a few days, and when we got it back it was better! Not 100%, but better. He asked that she ride it for awhile, and see what happens. It was ok for awhile, then got worse. Called Moe and let him know. brought it by and left it with him. He went after it like a dog with a bone! fast forward a week, and her Bandit never ran so GOOD! Fyi, her Bandit has 80k miles on it! Moe's prices are fair, and his ethics are unquestionably!
