Great prices, decent selection, sales person was not a pleasure to deal with. Failed to call or inform me about when the bike would be ready for pick up. Lied about when the bike would be ready for pick up, apparently did not have my email on file even though they asked for it, wrote it down, and had it in there system when i was there. They never sent out the EDRS for the bike, why, because they apparently didnt have my email. Go to Eurocycle, carter power sport or BBV instead. Dont waste your time with ridenow. We scheduled a simple oil change for our RZR, and it was picked up from our home on 2/11/2026. After two full weeks with no communication or update, we reached out to the company ourselves to check on the status. We were told they didn't even know why our vehicle was there and that it "wasn't dispatched," and we were promised a call back that same day. No one called. A week later, we followed up again and received the exact same explanation -- that it had never been dispatched. This is extremely concerning, especially considering you physically picked it up from our home. How does a vehicle get picked up and then no one knows why it's there? We also purchased the maintenance agreement specifically for oil changes, so there is no "discount" that can make this right -- we have already paid for this service. At this point, we have been without our vehicle for over three weeks during prime riding season for something that should have been routine and straightforward. A basic oil change should not turn into weeks of confusion and zero communication. The lack of organization and accountability is disappointing, and the fact that we had to repeatedly initiate contact makes the experience even worse. We are still without our vehicle. Three weeks later and the simple oil change still isn't done. We expected much better. read more

The worst Dealership in the world. They took advantage of my daughter on a motorcycle she purchased for me for my birthday. They took a $9400 motorcycle and when they were done adding all the charges, it was over 20 grand when I found the paperwork I lost it. They charged her for bullshit and stuff that was probably never done. She told them no extended warranty and they threw it in and had her sign the paperwork real quick without her knowledge that's $2000. We're fighting to get back right now. This is one of the reasons they no longer own the Ducati Dealership because Ducati won't put up with their bullshit. if I would've known this was happening I would've told my daughter thank you honey, but do not deal with Ride now. They're bad people, and they proved it once again. Also the stuff they said they did like the exhaust. I recently purchased a used Kawasaki KLR 650 from this dealer. I have been following it for a while online and watch the price drop which I was very pleased with. On a Friday I called about it to check availability. A woman answered and when I asked for sale, she said I can help you with a disturbed tone. Just wanting some basic information I asked about the motorcycle. She put me on hold and then replied I think it's getting moved to another dealer because it was purchased, but I'm not sure. I could tell she didn't care so I ended the call. On Tuesday after Labor Day I noticed it was still on the website and had another several hundred dollars reduced off of the price. I've made up my mind if it was still there since I had previously inspected it and seen it a few weeks prior, that I would purchase it. When I called this time to ensure that it was still available, again my call was answered by the same woman Ihad previously dealt with. She never mentioned her name, but I recognized her voice and her tone that seemed annoyed that somebody would call. I asked to speak to a sales manager and she quickly informed me that they were in their morning sales meeting, and then she snapped that they had only been open for three minutes . (It's my understanding that open means able to conduct business and all I didn't see the need to mention that especially in such a crabby way). I called later, hoping someone different would answer the phone . They did and I spoke with Gavin, who was very helpful and made mention that he was one of the sales managers. We chatted about the bike I was interested in. He took the information and told me he would call back to verify its availability. He called me back within 30 or 40 minutes and confirmed it it's availability. I asked for a breakdown on the price of sale plus additional dealer fees along with taxes. He seemed happy to do so and said he would call me back with that information. I received a call in approximately an hour maybe a little bit less, I spoke with Tyler, who said he was the sales manager. He provided me an itemized breakdown of the prices. Throughout this process, I noticed this annoyed tone of dealing with customers must be the culture of this dealership. Having worked in automotive sales for numerous years, I am well aware that document fees and preparation and any other additions, even to include destination assist in the dealership's profit margin. Unfortunately, people in sales, especially managers act as if the general public has no clue about the industry, nor could they possibly grasp the complexity of selling an item. With a very condescending explanation, he explained that this was a great price (it was) and the only leverage he could muster was a reduction in 48 cents. Then again a litany about what a good deal it was and the exact breakdown of how much under used retail it was. As a sales manager and representative of the dealership, he failed miserably. And judging by his tone and indifference of my presence and purchase of this motorcycle over the course of several hours and two days, he doesn't care. I'm not sure which individual he was in the dealership because other than Gavin no member management greeted anybody on the floor or seemed to care that a business was open. On a sidenote, a member of the sales team named Zack who appeared busy and assisting numerous customers always made time to chitchat and go over the details of my purchase. He showed genuine interest in a customer and fellow human being in his presence. That's a nice attribute, take note Ridenow Powersports As far as I know, he had no compensatory vested interest in my purchase, but was happy to chat and answer questions. I'm not sure who the woman was that answered those calls, but I noticed at least two about the dealership. Most of what appeared to be administration and management lounge and what appeared to be a control tower above the sales floor. Most of them could be seen on their iPhones, oblivious to anything around them for the majority of the time I was there. When the purchase was complete, I made some arrangements to get the bike back to my home since I had no one to drive my vehicle. When I returned, the bike was cleaned up, not very well considering it had been sitting outside for viewing for its entirety at the dealership. Where the bike was currently being stored until my arrival was in the customer service area of the service department. I took note of at least one customer who was the owner of a green version of the motorcycle I just purchased. I didn't hear the exact details of their conversation, but the customer speaking to a staff member clearly said, "When I called she answered, man that chic is a B**ch, what's her problem?"
