I can't say enough good things about this company. 1st of all the total pricing was amazing. With all I was changing and adding I thought the price would be more than I could spend and I would have to cut back. Did NOT have to. Also the folks that did the work tearing out the old did an impeccable job. Not one mess did I clean up. Same with all the others I will mention. Answered all my questions so I could understand the process. The cupboards were amazing as the ideas my salesman (Greg) came up with made my kitchen much more user friendly.. and extra storage. Needed this badly in a small townhouse. There were a couple of snags along the way but were handled in a very professional way. My stove would not fit in, so the granite installers were called out to the house right away. Again, took care not to make a mess and the problem handled asap. And again, there was another problem, I had no electricity to 3 of my plugins that I would use often around the counter. Turned out the gentlemen that finishes up the project was a real professional. Took time out to purchase and replace an electrical breaker in my old electrical box. Can't thank him and everybody enough for their professionalism. It is rare that we give 5-star reviews, but our experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath (DKB) has been extraordinary. We are both perfectionists who spent our lives in corporations that demanded exceptional customer service; i.e., we are tough customers ourselves. Last Summer we bought a pre-owed home whose kitchen had outlived its beauty ad function. Good friends recommended we include Kenny Jackson of DKB in Glendale, AZ in our evaluation. Bottom line, after several visits to the showroom, an in-home design visit, and a price quotation, we chose DKB and Kenny J. They are competitively priced and provided the best total quality product and service option. Kenny, our personal point of contact, was available, informative, responsive, but without any high pressure sales tactics. We made a couple of post-contract changes without any challenge. Every person who came to our home (demolition, cabinet installation, granite template preparation the granite installation) was on schedule, respectful of our time and our home, and precise in their work. We recently finished the kitchen remodel of our house in Sun City. We used Diamond Kitchen and Bath because they had done a good job in the kitchen remodel of the condo that we previously owned. Rich handled both projects. He came out to the house to assist us with the cabinet layout. After the demo of the existing kitchen he returned for exact measurements. We wanted a non standard granite counter and he guided us through that process. A standard hood would not work in the space available so he arranged for the installers to build an enclosure around the exhaust fan that we purchased so that it fit in well with the cabinets. I was not happy with the end panels on three of the cabinets so Rich ordered replacements and JR installed them. JR also worked on a small area where the stain did not exactly match the rest of the cabinetry. We left for three months over the summer and Rich worked with us to get the job done before we left. We are very pleased with the end product and the extra efforts made by Rich and JR to ensure that we were satisfied. We ordered from Travis in the showroom in November. He was responsive throughout the design process and moved quickly. Originally we were told 15 weeks so we're pleasantly surprised when they came in 9. Communication about install was great. Hector (and another guy whose name I didn't get) were super careful unloading and unwrapping and prepping for the installer. Cameron installed and was awesome. Really careful and perfect. Showed me how to use the touch up stuff the company sends. Installed a cupboard but then didn't complain about pulling g it so my husband could fix a problem behind it and then installed again. Couldn't be happier. Waiting now for counter tops! Freddy measured today - right on time and provided helpful information about production. Would recommend! read more

I contacted The Glendale location on Bell for some information and pricing figures for an upcoming project. I spoke with Kaitlyn, and from the beginning of our conversation to the conclusion, I was very impressed with her knowledge and ability to interpret my vision accurately. Their selection and pricing options beat big box stores by a longshot! I have not yet committed to my remodel project, and the follow-up communication since our initial contact has been tasteful and Kaitlyn's approach does not feel high pressure AT ALL- unlike other businesses I had interacted with.
