I respond accordingly. 5/19: After not hearing anything, I text and ask if he was able to put me on the schedule. He responded and said he'll let me know tomorrow. 5/20: Says he won't make it until next week. 5/26: I text again and ask for an update about meeting up. 5/27: He offers June 6th or 7th. And confirms the job world take 3 weeks. I tell him if he can keep to that 3 weeks, let's schedule it for the 6th. 6/6: 5 hours after our appointment time, he texts and says he won't make it. Reschedule for Friday. 6/9: He shows up 30 minutes late. Admittedly, he seemed very friendly and helpful in person. We agree on the job and he says it will take a few weeks. 6/29: I text to check in. 7/1: He responds and tells me he'll update me next week. I hear nothing. 7/15: I text and ask if he has even started it. He said no, so I didn't even bother responding and went elsewhere. I literally wasted 2 and a half months trying to chase this guy around. Just horrible. This is no way to run a business. I miss when people would just be men of their words.

Well, just this morning, I received a very casual text with more excuses as to why the job would not be started nor finished today. First, it was the 1 day of rain last week, then the wind, then an employee with a bad back, then another employee apparently quitting. ?? On top of all this, I received a final text stating "your not out any money and it's not the end of the world". Wow.. What has happened to accountability and professionalism?
