Wanted to take time to COMPLIMENT the Service Department at Diamond Mazda. First, Taylor was an excellent Customer Service Representative because she kept me informed of my vehicle's progress. She explained everything. The mechanic Juan Diaz, was exceptional, too. Not only did he email me a video showing me my vehicle inspection, he walked me thru all his concerns while I was at the service center. This way any needed repairs were explained to me where I can understand what needed to be done. Plus, Juan pointed out an issue that even the car's dashboard missed. This allowed me to correct the mistake before it became a major repair issue. I GREATLY appreciate that. It's refreshing to find an honest repair shop. I will definitely return for future service at Diamond Mazda.

The check-in process has been smooth both times. Once I arrive, it doesn't take long for someone to come by, go over the service details with me, have me sign, and get the service started. Their waiting area is comfortable, which I always appreciate since I've brought my son both times. They also have a snack shop, a children's play area with a TV, and restrooms nearby, which makes the waiting experience much easier. The service itself has been quick, and the representatives do a good job of notifying you about recommended services for your car without making the process feel overwhelming. Payment is handled quickly as well, so the whole visit feels efficient from start to finish. The staff has also been warm, welcoming, accommodating, and extremely helpful both times I've been here. I remember when things were very different. Customers were offered a shuttle ride home, fresh coffee and donuts while waiting, and even a complimentary car wash. Those were the good old days when customer service truly felt like a priority. It's unfortunate to see how much this dealership has changed in just a few short years. The level of service and customer care has declined significantly, and it's disappointing to feel that loyal customers are no longer treated with the same respect and appreciation. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore the level of customer service that customers once experienced and deserved.

I let him know what I was looking for, what current offers I qualified for, and he got me the car I wanted at a great deal. George made the process easy. I was far away, driving over 100 miles with my family, so I applied for the credit check online to get the process started and sent him the rest of the info needed via phone. He charged up the car in the meantime and got the paperwork started. I'd recommend George to anyone looking to buy a Chevy. I almost for got to mention Jorge, he handled the finance paperwork, explained everything thoroughly, and even gave my kid a piece of paper to draw on, keeping him entertained during the process. We had one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I've ever had, and we walked, and will be…read morereporting them to the CFPB and BBB. We came in specifically because Antelope Valley Chevrolet's own website advertised a clear price for the exact vehicle we wanted (2026 Chevrolet Traverse LT, same VIN/stock number as the listing we screenshot). The advertised price was around $38,231 with their posted discounts. In-store, the numbers they presented were nowhere close. Instead of honoring the advertised pricing or clearly explaining, in writing, which discounts we didn't qualify for, we were pushed into a payment-focused conversation while the real selling price stayed inflated. On top of that, the deal sheet included thousands in dealer-installed add-ons (Cilajet paint sealant, Ghost Shield door edge/door cups, and an ELO GPS/theft product). We stated clearly we did not want those items and asked for a buyer's order with the advertised selling price and standard TTL/doc only. We were met with delays, vague answers, and a lack of transparency. We repeatedly requested an itemized out-the-door breakdown and it felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid showing clean numbers. Financing was another major issue. Jess was prequalified through Capital One and we explicitly asked that our credit be run only through Capital One one time. Despite that, we later saw indications that additional credit checks were run. We have requested a copy of any signed credit authorization and a list of every lender our information was submitted to, because this is not what we agreed to. The worst part was the customer service from the manager, James Gonzolas. He was rude, repeatedly interrupted us, and wouldn't let us finish explaining what we were requesting (a transparent breakdown and adherence to their own advertised price). He told us he had "no obligation" to help because we didn't buy a car, called us rude, and escalated the interaction instead of solving the problem. That is not acceptable behavior for someone in a management role and it matched the overall tone of the experience. We left because we couldn't get a straightforward, honest deal that matched what brought us in the door. If you're considering this dealership, protect yourself: 1. Screenshot the exact online listing with VIN/stock number before you go 2. Demand the itemized buyer's order/out-the-door number in writing before discussing monthly payments 3. Put your credit instructions in writing (who can run it, how many times, and with which lender) Transparency and respect shouldn't be this hard. We won't be returning, and I can't recommend buying here based on this experience.

From beginning to…read moreend, the entire team was absolutely phenomenal, and I could not be happier with how everything turned out! My sales consultant, Will, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. He was patient, responsive, incredibly helpful, and genuinely worked hard to make this deal happen. There was definitely some back and forth along the way, but Will stuck with me through the entire process, listened to what I needed, and ultimately helped put together a deal that I simply could not resist. And his customer service did not stop once the paperwork was signed. I had driven another vehicle to the dealership, so Will actually helped me get my newly purchased car home. That is A+ customer service and the kind of extra effort that you simply do not forget. He truly went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. And it wasn't just Will -- the entire team at Diamond Ford was fantastic. Eric, Lance, Reuben, and especially Reza all made me feel incredibly well taken care of. The level of customer service I received was exceptional. What impressed me most was how personal, friendly, and down to earth everyone was. This did not feel like the stereotypical car-buying experience at all. Even employees who weren't directly involved in my purchase would smile, say hello, and make me feel welcome. That says a lot about the culture of this dealership. Reza, in particular, deserves a special shoutout. He made sure I was taken care of and helped bring everything together. I walked away feeling like the people at Diamond Ford genuinely valued my business and wanted me to be happy with my purchase -- not just sell me a car. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you're working through financing and trying to get the numbers where they need to be. The Diamond Ford team worked with me, treated me with respect throughout the process, and ultimately made it happen. And when everything finally came together, I couldn't have been happier with the deal or the experience. I would recommend Diamond Ford a THOUSAND times over. If you're looking for a dealership where people actually treat you like a human being, go see Will and the team at Diamond Ford. These are genuinely good, down-to-earth people who provide exceptional customer service and work hard for their customers. Thank you Will, Eric, Lance, Reuben, Reza, and everyone at Diamond Ford for such an incredible experience. You absolutely earned my business and my recommendation!

TLDR: don't build a new car here!…read more I ordered my 2026 Bronco through Diamond Ford and had it built exactly the way I wanted. After waiting for it to be built, I was excited when it was finally ready for pickup in April. Unfortunately, the problems started immediately. When we went to pick it up, I noticed several things were either missing or incorrect before I even drove it off the lot. I had paid for the tow package, but it was missing. The bead locks were supposed to be black, but they were silver. On top of that, the cover for the outlets in the back seat were already broken. I immediately pointed these things out to the salesman. Since I was leaving for a trip that same day, he advised that we bring the vehicle back once we returned and they could have the issues we noted fixed. When I brought it back to the service department, I made sure all three issues were documented. When I picked up my Bronco, they had added the tow kit, but the broken outlet cover still wasn't fixed and the rims were still the same. I brought this up with the employees and was told that the salesman who originally helped me build the Bronco would have to help me because the other sales associate who sold me the car had apparently left the dealership. I tried calling Brian, the person who built the Bronco with me, multiple times, but he wouldn't answer. The sales manager wouldn't return my calls either. What made this even more frustrating was that I had the paperwork showing exactly what I ordered. The printout showing how my Bronco was supposed to be configured clearly showed black bead locks, not silver ones. During one of my numerous visits to the dealership, one of the sales associates even looked up my model and told me herself that my Bronco wasn't supposed to have those rims. Eventually, my husband got involved because no one at the dealership was calling me back. We went in and spoke with the sales manager, who told us that Diamond Ford doesn't keep records of the cars that are built and that we needed to contact Ford Corporate. I called Ford Corporate, and they told me that the salesman who built my Bronco needed to go into the Ford portal and submit a ticket to get the correct part for my vehicle. My husband called the sales manager and explained this to him. His response was, "How do I get to the portal?" I don't work for Ford, so I really don't know how I'm supposed to help the dealership navigate their own system. Ford Corporate told us that Brian could call them directly if he needed help with the process. One of the numerous trips my husband and I made to the dealership (each with different responses) the employee stated that it would be no issue getting the correct rim color on our vehicle and that if they needed to they could just take the black colored rims off one of the vehicles on the lot. After numerous interactions with several different employee's, including the floor manager Eric Renolds, the only conclusion I can come to is that they will say whatever they need to in order to get someone not actively purchasing a vehicle off of their property as quickly as possible. This entire interaction happened in June 2026. It is now September and I still have not heard anything. At this point, we are tired of driving back and forth to the dealership, making phone calls, and getting excuses with no resolution. I also don't think it's unreasonable to expect the outlet cover on my brand-new 2026 Bronco to not be broken. I am very disappointed with the experience at Diamond Ford. Buying a brand-new vehicle that you specifically ordered should be exciting, but dealing with the dealership afterward has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering or building a new vehicle through Diamond Ford. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to make resolving it easy, or possible at all.

Extremely disappointing experience at Trust Antelope Valley Subaru…read more Unfortunately, our experience with this dealership was the complete opposite of what we expect from a reputable dealership. We visited multiple times, and each time the dealership felt like a ghost town. During one visit, the vehicle we were interested in had cobwebs on it, which really gave us the impression that the inventory was not being properly maintained or presented. What was even more frustrating was the lack of product knowledge and salesmanship. We had questions about the vehicle and felt that the sales staff were not knowledgeable about the product they were trying to sell. Instead of feeling like valued customers, we felt like we were being pressured into a deal. The pricing experience was also extremely disappointing. The vehicle had approximately a $10,000 markup, and when we presented an internet sales price that had been generated and printed, the dealership would not honor it. We were also concerned about the amount of additional add-ons and upcharges being presented. At that point, we decided to walk away. We ended up traveling approximately two hours to San Bernardino, California, even though we live here in the Antelope Valley, and purchased our vehicle from another Subaru dealership. The difference was night and day. We were treated with respect, transparency, and dignity, and the experience was actually enjoyable. Honestly, I did not mind the drive at all because the customer service and overall experience were worth it. My recommendation to anyone in the Antelope Valley is simple: shop around and compare everything before committing to this dealership. Pay very close attention to markups, dealer add-ons, and the final out-the-door price. For our experience specifically, I would recommend avoiding Andrew, Scott, and Taylor if possible. The overall experience was uncomfortable, high-pressure, and, quite frankly, cringe-worthy. We were willing to drive two hours to purchase elsewhere, and after our experience, we would do it again without hesitation.

BEWARE - very unethical dealership…read more The General Manager, Nicholas Douglas, came off as the epitome of a sleazy, gaslighting used car salesman. Here's the backstory: Over the phone, the dealership's sales lead Antonio and I negotiated a price of $8,500 for a Mitsubishi Mirage. Antonio said he'd put the deal together and call me right back. A full day passed, and I never heard from him. (Red flag #1.) I called back in and spoke to Nicholas, who reneged on the $8,500 price (red flag #2), but said I could still buy the vehicle for $9,200. I agreed and drove 90 minutes to the dealership. When I got there, the car was missing several of its advertised features, including run flat tires, Bluetooth capability, and keyless entry. Were I to purchase all these features from a third party after the fact, they would cost up to $3,700. For the keyless entry, Nicholas said he could bring over a specialist to add in the feature for $300. When I asked if he'd take that $300 off the price of the car, he refused, saying I "already had a good deal." I reminded him that he had already raised the price by $700 from Antonio's quote, and that this was before I was aware the car was missing numerous features listed in their online listing. Nicholas said he wasn't responsible for the listing's content because I viewed it on CARFAX, and not on the official Valley Auto Center site, which had the "correct information." I subsequently pulled up the listing on his web site, which, not surprisingly, falsely stated the car is equipped with run flat tires, Bluetooth capability, and keyless entry. I have attached a screenshot of this. Nicholas then doubled down on the sleazy, saying, "I've been in the car business for eight years, and this is the first time a customer has ever had a problem with the fact a vehicle was missing some of the features we listed online." He was literally suggesting that every time he's had to tell a customer the car they came in to see didn't have all its advertised features, they took no issue with this. When I challenged Nicholas on making such a ludicrous claim, he doubled down and said, "It's true, I swear on my children's lives." (So gross.) When I asked him to confirm that some of the car's other advertised features were accurate, he sidestepped, and said, "Look, this is a good car and you're getting a good deal. If you don't want it, don't buy it." I didn't purchase the car, and will never be returning to this dealership.

I wonder how many times they have sold it and took it back. They belong in jail.
