Where do I begin. . I'm enclose a picture. The picture is how my toenails look before she put fresh polish on it . she took the polish off with a drill. Did not buffer my toe nail did not scrub my toes. All she did was take that off put those yellow things on my feet and polish them and I told her she did not give me a pedicure. She said I did. The blue thing is wet. All she did with the blue thing is rubbed the side of my big toe and rubbed it in the water and put it in the drawer. I do not recommend this salon to anyone because I feel like they treat people differently if you don't look the part , if you get what I mean and it's not my first experience my daughter had the same experience when she went, but I watched them do other people's feet differently. It took her every bit of 5 minutes to Complete the manicuring of my toes. when I told her she did not touch my heels in the bottom of my foot. She said she did when I know if you touched them. She should not have argued with me. She just should have did the service that I requested which was a pedicure which is what I did not get. I still paid them the $40 and left, but that's the last $40 he will ever get from me. Horrible and unprofessional! The nail technician who serviced me was sloppy. I had polish on my fingertips and underneath the nail bed. The technician who did my nails, was doing a pedicure. I expected her to fix the problem, but she didn't acknowledge me. I got a gel manicure. Day 1, the nail chipped on my right hand and day 3, nail chipped on my left hand. I wish I could remember the technicians name, who did my nails. Beware going to this place. read more

Went in with a photo of what I wanted from another local nail salon who had no walk ins, big mistake! Photos speak for themselves. Very disappointed with the final result. I ended up taking them off 20 minutes after leaving the salon and booked at Linden Nails (the original salon) later that day and got exactly what i asked for! Great customer service! I was pleased to see they are following all regulations during this pandemic. Appointment only, take your temperature when you walk in the door and asked to immediately wash your hands. They thoroughly clean each station after each customer. Best leg massages with pedicure. I went once this summer to get my acrylics refilled and I was genuinely shocked. The woman who worked on my nails then cut and nicked MULTIPLE fingers while working on my nails. I tried really hard to stay polite, after the fact the nail tech said next time I should "make an appointment instead of walking in." She then proceeded to work on a different client. A different nail tech came by to make sure my gel was curing and then to moisturize my hands and even commented how I was bleeding. I told her how the nail tech cut my fingers up and when she tried to get the woman's attention she just ignored her. It was just very uncomfortable. I use to go from time to time to get pedicures and now I really don't know if I'll ever go back. I may have caught an employee on a bad day but still, I was cut up, and my nails were incredibly thick and hardly shaped at all. Just very surprising and unprofessional. read more

The staff are ALWAYS pleasant and professional. I love their family-centered approach to business. Kim does my nails and she's so talented...any picture I show her she is able to replicate the design. Tables could be refurbished bc I hit my knees when I sit down bc I'm tall. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. But, one is deserved because our first visit was wonderful. Second visit....horrible and that's not a strong enough word. Wanted to upcharge me 150% for a kids gel POLISH....then charge me 100% more (and more than a full set) for an acrylic overlay. I cannot. It makes no sense to make over double what I paid for initial service....never go back here again. Would never recommend unless they're my WORST enemy and I want them to be bamboozled. read more

The price for a regular pedicure is amazing! Only $22 and they include the jelly foot soak in the regular pedi! I also really enjoyed that you could tip on your credit card there. I don't think I have ever been to a salon where you go do that. Someone I would want them to change is for them to work on removing Calluses. Mine were barely smoothed but everything else was great read more

I just had a gel mani and pedi at Victoria Nail Salon. What a find! THANK YOU Yelp reviewers for pointing me in their direction! Victoria Nail is a family-run and operated business and mom, dad, daughter all work very hard to please their clientele. I read previous reviews here on Yelp! and booked an appointment with Kim who did a terrific job. Victoria uses a special gel additive to the foot bath that feels great and is a leisurely and relaxing preparation for a very thorough pedicure. I was quite surprised at the price and for under $50 not only is very reasonable but the quality of the work and the expertise of the staff makes a visit to Victoria Nail Salon well worth the trip. got a full set a couple of days ago... worst nail job ever. had the male nail tech and besides from being ignorant he did a horrendous job. the nails were rough, CLUMPY, thick and the paint job was very streaky and see through. it was so terrible and embarrassing i immediately went to a different salon after. besides from the nails this place was disgusting. my friend had to use the bathroom which smelled like cat pee and had dirty laundry and dirty dishes in the bathroom. would give zero stars if i could. read more

What should have been a relaxing mother daughter time was horrible. We arrived to find them busy and we were asked to come back in 45 minutes. So we did some shopping to kill time. We came back and after a wait they took my daughter first. She was in pedicure chair after her polish and i was getting fills. She was done by the time I got into chair. I went to put my feet in and the water was freezing! I said something to the owner who apologized that they were out of hot water! I had already waited half my day for this and don't find a cold water pedicure relaxing or effective. I felt we should've been told before my 9yo was finished and we had waited half our day. I thought we would have at least we should've gotten a discount or something... They didn't feel the need to tell their customers that they were out of hot water. This place is honestly the best! The staff are friendly and attentive and they do a great job. When I got my toes done, she gave me a foot massage for at least 15 minutes! It was amazing. Plus the stuff they put in the water to make it turn to gel feels so good. My eyebrows look great as well. This is my new go-to spot. read more

I recently moved to Pennsylvania very close to Wilmington and decided to try another salon. I was not happy with this new salon and left and drove all the way to Newark to Victorias for a pedicure. The salon has been updated with fresh new paint and some very nice new chairs. The staff was very welcoming and accommedating. My pedicure was worth the 30 minute drive. I highly recommend this salon. It is a family business in which the staff is very friendly and actually seem happy in their job! They add a special, interesting gel to the water that feels slushy and soothing. The prices are very competitive. All the other salons in the wilmington, hockessin, newark area seem to have gotten very pricey. It shouldn't cost $60 for a gel manicure/ regular pedicure! I will not be returning. The last 4 times I have had an issue. The first time I got a fungus on the thumb and the nail technician said it wasn't a fungus even though my nail was green. The next time one of my nails broke after 3 days. I really liked the girls in there so I thought I would try again. Then...the new nail that was previously broken, broke AGAIN!!!! So I went in one last time and thought if I have one more issue then I'm done. Well my thumb that had previously had the fungus again started feeling weird so I went to another salon and the nail technician said that my nail was not handled properly. I should have be told to get a fungal gel and treat the nail for three days before just throwing on another nail over top!!! I have been getting my nails done for 23 years and have never had the issues that I have experienced while going here!!! Again the girls are very nice that work there and that's why I continued to go back. Needless to say.....I have finally learned my lesson and I will definitely NOT return. read more

Everyone in the salon is very friendly and always willing to help. They always greet you by name when you walk in. The only negative experience I had was when a person was acting like a fool and was trying to make unreasonable demands. The staff is very professional and respectful.
